My teen daughter is on the Autism spectrum and she was melting down when we arrived. The very nice stylist was very patient and calmed my daughter in just minutes. My daughters hair was magical when they were done. I've never seen my daughters hair so beautiful. I give Belle Starr 500 stars.

This is such a welcoming and warm salon. Emma was training an Aveda student, Ashley and was offering a haircut for $20. They walked me through a consultation and were so patient and professional throughout my experience. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. My hair cut came out exactly as I wanted and it’s so much healthier and normal looking after cutting it myself for over a year lol

By far the most wonderful and inclusive place I’ve ever been to receive a haircut! Emma and Sarah both did my hair. Emma is training Sarah in the advanced technique of Razor Edging! They both did an amazing job! Em is a skilled professional with vast experience and a wonderful chair-side manner. Sarah is confident and professionally fun! Emma was amazing! I have long curly hair and was so nervous to have it cut by anyone other than my mom! She gave me a Diva (dry) cut, then washed my hair with the most amazing conditioner and gave me a super relaxing and gently diffused blow dry. I love my hair cut and the whole experience. The salon is cute and cozy and I wanna hang out there all day! Emma is kind and considerate, establishing trust right away with just a few simple gestures. 10/10 recommend for people with curly hair

Sarah is excellent with color and trimmed my hair nicely. She has been trained by Aveda and confidently does great work on hair. I already scheduled my next appt with her. Pay attention to location! At the time of my appt, they had only just moved in to that location on 7th Street. It is a nice space with great light. Second Visit Update: same great service and beautiful results. Really enjoy Sarah's expertise. Will continue going here.

Sarah is amazing! She works magic with color. Every visit I'm blown out of the water with her creations. Would highly recommend Belle Starr for amazing and affordable cuts and color.

Very happy that I came here! I had been scared to get my hair cut due to hair sensitivity but Sarah was so gentle throughout the process. The service was great and I really felt like my concerns and questions were answered. Will definitely be my go to spot for haircuts from now on.

First time at this location I had my haircut by Emma. She is experienced, very friendly and a great communicator. This is the first time I left somewhere without crying over my haircut! She did an amazing job. She also cuts my daughter's hair who never likes any stylist and she loves Emma as well. I will be going back to her, I already booked my next appointment. She is very busy so plan ahead to get on her schedule. I highly recommend her. This location is a little hidden soon as you turn north onto Grande it is the first driveway.

I got a great haircut by Emma, so I went back for color. I LOVE it!!! Emma took her time and used 2 different techniques to assure the color came out the way she envisioned it. I am done salon hopping, I have found the stylist I have been searching for. Thanks for the awesome cut and color!!

I have really really really dark hair and wanted to go to an ash blond. The color I ended up with was just what I wanted! I loved how honest my hair stylist was about the need to do multiple sessions despite my impatience. She also recommended products I could use to stop my hair from being completely damaged ( which worked wonders and is now my go-to). I refer anyone who wants a great hair color to this salon for its skill and super friendly staff.
