I absolutely love this salon! Jessica does a fantastic job on the consultations and we've always been on the same page for the cut and colour I'm looking for. I love Jessica!! I have very fine thin hair and she always gives me the best cut for my hair type. My cuts always grow out great! She is a wizard with highlights too! I lived in Kentucky for a couple years and I used to travel back for Jess to do my hair! 3/18/23 update: Still loving Jessica! My daughter’s wedding is coming up and Jess worked with me to get my hair looking good for that! Always very happy with the outcome!

I am very pleased with the service I receive at Belle Haus Salon. The salon strives to offer experiences beyond just the scheduled hair service — haircut, color, extensions, etc. — by attending to all aspects of the customer’s visit. Belle Haus’s attention to detail begins with the professional appointment scheduling and follow-up by Guest Experience Manager Madison Call. Madison sets my appointments as requested and sends me not just a confirmation of the date and time, but also reminders prior to the appointment. Of course, the real test of a salon is the hair style that results. Jessica Craig begins each session with a short consultation followed by a relaxing shampoo and scalp massage. She then proceeds to execute my hairstyle based on what we’ve discussed. She responds knowledgeably to changes I want to make, always explaining how she’ll fix any way my hair’s been misbehaving. Jessica is personable and a professional stylist and business woman. For a pleasant experience and happy hair, book with Belle Haus Salon.

Jessica did such a great job on my hair, exactly what I asked her for. She is honestly the first person I have ever been to that achieved the color identical to what I wanted. Not only did my hair turn out perfectly, she was so amazing and fun to talk to! She definitely takes a lot of pride in her work, and it is so refreshing. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know.

Jessica has been cutting and coloring my pixie cut for over a decade now. She’s talented, knowledgeable, professional, and overall amazing. She goes above & beyond in the guest experience, from providing styling tips and product recommendations to cozy comforts like snacks & coffee while you relax in her chair. Ok. So, I’ve been going to Berk and Bell since February of this year. I started going blonde and have loved every bit of the process! Lexi Ziggler is perfection. She is talented beyond belief! She is gentle and fun to talk to and very knowledgeable. She’s had super long and meaningful conversations with me, and I’ve always left feeling beautiful, nurtured, and my soul replenished. I highly recommend everyone coming in and experiencing her remarkable talent for themselves. They won’t be disappointed. P.s. The snacks and coffee are a great bonus. ☺️

This salon is gorgeous! So welcoming, and Ashley is amazing. She is so professional and has done a phenomenal job on styling my hair a few times! I would absolutely come to her for updos or event hairstyles.
