I have always liked this place but last pedicure was beyond bad. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I really feel disappointed. Only reason why I’m giving two stars is because I have had good service in the past. And it did not matter that I kept asking technician to do it better, and she kept making faces like I’m asking for something above basic standard pedicure….mediocre work. I only paid for service because I did not want to make it more uncomfortable but I’m Not going back. 😩

Love the service January 20 was the first time I went my tech was Tiffany it’s been almost 2 months and I still have the same nails of course I went for my fill with my nails grew didn’t even pull my hair recommended 100%

HORRIBLE!! I’ve called to make an appointment with Logan twice and every time I show up on time to my appointment he’s always LATE!! Made an appt yesterday they told me come in at 9 and now the front desk tells me our technicians don’t show up until 10!! What a joke of a place!!!!!!

I used to come here all the time while studying at the school across the street. I decided to stop by since I was back in town, worse mistake ever. I asked for a manicure and a pedicure with callous removal service. The lady I got hardly let my feet soak and slapped on the callous remover for less than a minute. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt until she pulled out the nail polish and started painting my nails. I have neeeeeevvveeer had my nails done sooo horribly wrong. My big toe was bleeding, she filed them down but didn't bother to shape them, she left them so uneven and oddly shaped. I had to ask her to remove the nail polish. Even then I hoped she would fix it but nooope she brought a bowl to get started on my hands, I just got out of my chair and asked to pay. The guy at the counter was nice enough to give me a discount, but not once offered to get me another nail tech. I would of paid full price and tipped had someone at the very least just tried to fix it. Definitely never coming back again. I see why they got so many bad reviews now.

I was just visiting the Los Angeles area and decided to treat myself. Worst decision ever! This place was horrible. It was like being a Box in a factory, slap the sticker on me and on to the next. 2 days later my gel nails are peelng off.

I went to get a full set worst experience ever over priced and my charm came off the next day and nails looks messed up a couple days after and didn’t even get the set I wanted when I went never going back

The salon was very clean. I did chrome dip nails with a pedicure. My nails had tiny air bubbles appeared a few hours after the appt. Within a few days, the chrome was coming off. Chrome cost $20 dollars extra. Within 10 days, one of my nail already chipped. For a $140 session, it was terribly spent. The quality does not match the cost charged for the services. During the appt, one part of the dip got ruined because somehow it bumped into something. When I pointed it out to my lady, she simply covered it up with chrome powder and did not fix it. My thumb looks uneven where it was messed up. I wanted to go back to get it fixed but I was traveling back home a few days after the appt. The two stars is for everyone making me feel welcome there.

Bella's used to be so good. But after today I realized it isn't the same. Not only was the receptionist and assistant rude as hell and not welcoming, but the technician could not do a good pedicure and design and the nail polish kept messing up and would chip off. I do not recommend this place and rather go elsewhere.

I'm not from the area, so searching for a nail salon was super hard. I forgot the ladies name that worked on my nails but I def give this place 5 stars!!!

Supper overpriced for something very minimal, have gone to other places and I can get full set acrylic for same price. Very nice service fast attendance but work doesn’t last. Nails chipped within a week. Sadly couldn’t leave a good review; really wanted to like this place…

The work itself was ok. However, I specifically asked for a gel manicure and a reg pedicure. I was told gel removal on feet and nails was $60 including mani/pedi. I asked for pricing since I know most places are a bit sketchy and love to add additional for extra $$ so this was no different. I asked for classic pedicure. So why did I get the Bella's pedicure!!! I clearly told the lady I wanted classic. Anyway, I had to leave abruptly since I was running late to my other appointment. So after I called and asked for a breakdown since my total was $93. I'm guessing I was charged $3 for using my debit card. I paid $60 dollars for a pedicure, no design no nothing only because the lady wanted to sell extra. Just be very careful when asking for items and be extra clear. Otherwise, they'll do what they want.

So this place rocks definitely love the workers who are nice and polite haven't had a complaint. They know their stuff some might not be too good at English but they have someone there who would be able to translate so fear not. This place is by appointment so you'll have to phone in in advance. Also be sure to have sandals if you're getting a pedicure its more convenient that way just saying 🤷. And please wear your mask indoors as its required now. Also they do have restrooms and yes this place is clean and sanitary. Almost everything is either disposable or sterilized prior to being used on you. They are gentle on your feet and the pedicure stations are massage chairs as well so it's pretty relaxing to turn them on while your feet are soaking. I guess every person is different but I have not had any problems with the staff. This place is usually very quiet and thats why I love it there.
