Kiki and Tammy were really friendly and paid attention to detail while doing my manicure, even patching up a crack I had in one nail. I asked for something for valentine's day and they did cat eyes but with hearts. very creative.

I don’t like giving bad reviews, but the old nail tech I had was so bad I have to warn others who will take heed and read the reviews. I don’t know how Bellagio has any good reviews at all because the service I received was UNACCEPTABLE! Not only were the surfaces and nail tools dirty, but so was my nail tech’s attitude. I saw wayyy too many OSHA violations in that place. My nail technician was one of the bad apples of the bunch that ruins it for others because the other two ladies were way more kind and professional. The nail technician I had possessed poor communication skills, hand gestures, and body language. She tried to give me a design I did not ask for and had the audacity to be upset over it and she painted dust and dirt over my nails. My nails had bubbles and bumps in it. That’s how poor her service was. I don’t know her name but she’s definitely the oldest of the three that were present. When you’re in the customer service field regardless of how poor or good your English is, the language of kindness is universal so not speaking English fluently will never be a good enough excuse. I had every reason to show out and match her petty energy, but I didn’t and miss thing is old enough to be my grandma. I WOULD NOT GO BACK IF THEY WERE THE ONLY REMAINING NAIL SALON ON EARTH!

I went in to get nails for my graduation, I haven’t gotten nails in about a year and really just wanted to treat myself for my hard work. I asked for pink and white acrylic french nails (see Pinterest inspired pic attached). When I went in, the staff were very nice. The tech that did my nails had her small child with her, and while I understand there are circumstances to everything, my appointment lasted almost two hours because of how disruptive he was being. When we started my nails, I asked for them to be shortened twice and they were left longer than I wanted but I didn’t not want to ask a third time. On their webpage pink and white full set is priced at 55$, when I went to pay I was charged 70$ before tip which shocked me so I asked for a price breakdown. My card was partially in the reader but my tech pushed my card in for me BEFORE telling me where the extra 15$ came from which I found very disrespectful and inappropriate. 10$ added for “long nails” (I asked twice for them to be shorter) and 5$ for the shape (which should be part of the service!). 5 days after getting this set three began peeling up and by day 7 all three had fallen off. I called and they were very nice and said they would fix it for me, but my real nails were destroyed and bleeding (see pic) after having fallen off. I stated that I wasn’t comfortable getting fresh acrylics put on an open sore and I was told that it’s either that or I get them taken off. I asked for a partial refund since I had my nails for only 5-7 days! And I payed 75$!! And I was told they don’t do refunds. Instead, I got them taken off and a very poor clear coat put on (see pic). I am very disappointed and tried to be reasonable and understanding with this salon, but I just feel scammed. Even when they did “fix” my nails, they did not even offer to paint them.

The nail tech I’m assuming is named Tammy did a horrible job on my nails. She was very distracted having FaceTime conversations while doing someone’s nails which is the reason she made my nails too thick. The acrylic on my nails was horrible. Then she gets upset because I don’t like them. She became belligerent and loud when told that I disliked the nails. She becomes easily distracted when she is on the phone. This was a last minute decision to attend this nail salon. First and last time. I see why it’s empty. Highly disappointed with my service here.

I was super happy with my builder gel set. My nails starting out were super rough lol i havent gotten my nails done in years. But my artist did such a good job at shaping my nails and was a perfectionist. They even gave me a vietnamese red bull to try :) their hospitality is unmatched

Love my Fall/Thanksgiving nails! This is my second time here and I will say that Ms. Tammy is amazing with art! I only do builder gel, no acrylic. I show her the inspo pictures and she brings them to life! Can’t wait to come back for my Christmas set.

Tammy and kiki first day today and we came back a couple hours later with some friends. Awesome service and alot of fun. We will be back in two weeks. Come and visit, you will not be dissapointed !

Tammy is wonderful. Her nail art is amazing and her attention to detail is perfect. She is worth every penny. However, 3 times now Nick has done all of it part of my manicure and every single time has hurt me. Today, he dremmeled skin off next to my nail bed because he was watching the door and not what he was doing. Last time he cut a cuticle too far and made it bleed. The time before that he was cutting a nail and cut the skin below the nail. His polish skills are sloppy and he doesn’t have you wash your hands after dremmeling off polish so multiple times I’ve had dust under the polish ruining the texture. One time is an accident. Two times is a pattern. Three out of three times shows me he just doesn’t have attention to detail and rushes. He should not be doing nails. If I were reviewing just Tammy, this place would get 5 stars. Nick would get 0. Don’t let Nick do your nails.

Worst gel manicure I've ever paid for. I left thinking they were so cute but 2 days in they were peeling and a week later they were basically gone. Nobody responds to me there.
