I was searching for a luxury service and turned to a family member for advice. She told me that she trusts the invisible bead method of incorporating extensions. She has personally tried all of the methods over 25 years. When I looked for this method I found Angi. I am familiar with Angi’s work. From our first conversation which was probably about 30 minutes I knew that she was my girl. She answered all of my questions and has an amazing opportunity to get on her calendar with ease because she holds a special slot for new install girlies. Because she knows!!! Who wants to wait weeks!!!?? She is a true artist and professional. Every single detail of the process was extremely professional, amazing and gave me more love for my hair then I could ever ever imagine. I have never in my life loved my hair more than I do now. I didn’t know that I could get so excited during a salon visit. If you want to feel more beautiful and confident then you could imagine possible, run…. don’t walk to get an apt with Angi💜

I found this place after having a nightmare appointment at another salon in Corning. The stylist at the other salon put my extensions in and then completely trashed them with a bad coloring job and didn't cut to blend. Had extensions falling out within 2 days. Angie at BellaCapelli was able to undo the mess my hair was in. She took everything out and started fresh. I heard she was a hair guru, now I know it's true. In one day, she's made me a client for life! The entire staff was so professional and welcoming. Don't waste your time or money going elsewhere. This place is perfection!

Brittany my stylist is the best! I love that the atmosphere is so calming, welcoming and very professional while being peaceful at the same time. Brittany is knowledgeable and she helps keep me on track with my hair routine. I have fine hair but she knew what to do to make it look fuller. I'm satisfied!!!!! As a woman of color it's good to have someone who knows what they're doing.

I moved to Upstate NY just a few months ago and what a pleasure to find Kelli! She spent quite a bit of time with me before coloring and cutting my hair, and it came out better than I dreamed. I’ll be back and I’m delighted to find such a great salon and stylist!

Everyone at Bella Capelli is so friendly and personable. Julie welcomes you with a smile as soon as you come through the door. I’ve seen Kelli for about 10 years now. I look forward to my appointments; it’s like visiting with a friend while she spoils you. Kelli always listens to how I’m feeling about my hair and then has great ideas on what to do, especially when I tell her it’s time for a change. I’ve never left disappointed. Happiest and most talented stylist I’ve ever been to!

I brought my daughter here with a last minute booking to get her ready for her prom. They were AWESOME to get her in! Then, the day of the appointment, we had some hiccups on our end and missed the first half...they were still able to get her in and make her look (more) beautiful for the night. Thank you so much for your kindness, understanding, AND AMAZING WORK! We will definitely be going back (already have a hair appointment booked!) and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much!

I had my short curly haircut and fade trimmed up by Sam and I am so impressed! She is careful, attentive, and pays close attention to detail. This was my first visit with her - I had been seeing a friend of mine who is a hair dresser for years and we obviously had a close bond over my hair process but she is out on medical leave. I admit I was a bit nervous to try someone new but Sam was so kind and really took the time to listen to my needs. - My hair texture and the amount of hair I have is no easy task. Sam was a total rock star!! I had previously been to a woman who had the booth next to my former stylist friend and unfortunately, she left my hair in a very unkempt and uneven state. I pointed this out to Sam and she immediately noticed it, acknowledged my concerns, and fixed it without needing too much input from me. I will absolutely be visiting Bella Capelli and Sam again and am thrilled that I found a shop and stylist that I am happy with in my new hometown of Corning!

What an amazing experience! I was able to get in with a stylist the same day which was amazing. Erica was prompt and sweet and very talented. She was such a joy to work with and I could see her passion for the work she does. The most amazing part was the team work and comradeship I saw in the salon. I saw more than one stylist asking for input and receiving assistance from other stylists, the teamwork was awesome. I was getting a completely new style and I have a LOT of hair. Twice Erica asked Angie, the salon owner, for input on how to make sure I got the style I wanted and both times Angie was glad to offer her input and assistance and when I say I left there feeling like a rockstar, I really mean it. My hair is everything I wanted it to be. The cut is perfect and the price was actually less than I expected (a rare occurrence these days). I will definitely be seeing Erica to maintain my style.

It is very over priced since they don’t even wash the hair, but I did appreciate when she couldn’t figure out what to do, she asked another stylist how to do it, and she stepped in and did half the cut! Grateful she was able to humble herself, that makes it worth going back. I don’t mind a good dry cut, but washing and styling after would have been nice.

It was truly a great experience, from the time I walked in the door until the time I left. I felt welcome, was offered a coffee or water. Sam took me to her station and helped me to decide my hair cut style and she did a great job and did exactly what we talked about.

I’m so unhappy with my hair and have waited 2 days to say anything hoping maybe it would grow on me. Unfortunately it has only gotten worse. I washed and wore curly and never in my life have I had such terrible layering in my hair. The color is a whole other problem. My hair looks nothing like my inspiration picture not even close. Which I do understand some colors may not be achievable in one visit. However Ive gotten these colors before. The stylist really wasn’t confident and had to keep asking the owner questions about the cut and color. This made me very uneasy even though she said she’s been there for 3 years. She seemed like she was just winging it. I was in the chair for 4 1/2 hours and didn’t remotely get what I went for. I’ve posted on a social media for hair and have had hundreds of stylists say it was done extremely poorly. My inspiration picture clearly had three tones of color and she only did one. I would not recommend for color or curly cuts…at least to this stylist.

This salon is beautiful and welcoming, and I have never loved my hair more. J did an amazing job on my hair and I will definitely be returning again and again. She took her time and diligently cut my hair. She really strives for perfection! The pricing was also very reasonable and actually lower than what I have paid at other places of lower quality. Highly recommend! 💜

Paid for a friend to have her hair colored - as a gift. They ended up charging almost $1000 for the whole thing ( to include some product for under $200). Of course they didn’t tell us the cost beforehand. Just made recommendations and went ahead. Are they out of their minds?? We could have gone to a high end place in NYC and paid half that. I am still in complete shock. Would NEVER have submitted to this had we known the cost ahead of time. Unbelievable. Definitely won’t be back. As a side note, the staff are very nice and the atmosphere was welcoming.
