Kelsey is the sweetest and so talented!! She got me in last minute and stayed late since I have so much hair. After a long day of work, it was so nice to be immediately met with tea and essential oils. She created such a comfortable, non-judgmental environment with a mix of genuine conversion and comfortable silence (which I love because sometimes you just need to simply be). I’ve gotten my hair done at countless salons in the area, and this was affordable without compromising on quality. They also have some cute new members specials! I’ll definitely be back to see Kelsey next time I need my highlights done! :) *Note: the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we didn’t get to fully dry or style my hair since it was late when we finished, so I did leave with slightly damp hair. I still appreciate everything though and will definitely be back!

Lovely salon in downtown Kirkland. Haley did a fantastic job cutting and styling my hair as requested…. Other staff were helpful and friendly, including the pups that greet you at the door

Great customer service, and fantastic stylists. I recently visited Bella Sirena for the first time, unfamiliar with the team I wasn’t sure how things would go. Haley was my stylist and she is phenomenal. Her personality, friendliness, professionalism, and talent made for a great visit. The young lady at the front desk was great. She offered a refreshment upon arrival and was happy to schedule a future appointment before I left. I highly recommend Bella Sirena, and look forward to my next visit.

First time at this salon and will definitely go back. Ebonee is a talented and experienced stylist with a calm energy. She listened to what I wanted, considered my hair type, and gave me a gorgeous cut!

I was walking my dog around 8am and saw an elderly lady and her dog walk in front of the salon and her dog stopped and drank from the water dish they put out. An employee came out and yelled at the elderly woman to not let her dog pee on the planters right next to the bowl. The woman was obviously shaken and the girl continued to yell as the woman as way down the sidewalk. I was in disbelief at the employee’s actions. Take up the water dish if you don’t want dogs near your planters! I will never ever go to this establishment and I will be sure to let everyone I know how you treat people.

while they were nice-ish, they charged me $450 for a “hair transformation” which was 4 hours in the chair sitting there. i had bleach bleeding marks + hot roots she tried to cover up with darker color (which i did not want) i came in for a full foil and they didn’t want to give me that. i tried to get SOME money back due to the catastrophe they had given me, and they told me i should have known before i booked. i asked for something completely different than i was given. you can see the dark roots that are different than the rest of my hair and DYE ON MY SKIN! that was not washed out.

I have been at this salon twice now for a haircut by 2 different stylist and have enjoyed each experience. it is on the pricy side but I am very picky and nervous about any change to my hair. I have long thick wavy hair so was charged “hair transformation”. Although at times it’s difficult to come to terms with the price by the end I am extremely happy with the result. I’m sure if I do extra research I could find one more affordable and great results but as someone who is very picky I know if I want something simple or drastic change I can trust this place with my hair. Their blow outs are amazing

Athena has been cutting my hair for almost a year at Bella Sirena Salon. I have loved every single cut. I am excited when I see her name pop up on my calendar reminders for the next cut! I was looking for a salon that was reasonably priced, relaxing atmosphere, located in Kirkland, and staffed stylists that could offer me advice on how to deal with my fine frizzy weird hair. The Aveda products really help me manage my own hair at home. I feel like I landed on a solid hair salon! Another stylist, Jill, has cut my mother-in-law's hair a few times so far, which was a hit. I would highly recommend any of the stylists in this salon.

I’m really introverted and every single person that works there has made me feel comfortable and I always have the best experience. Athena is amazing!!! She’s given me the best haircut I’ve ever had in probably a decade. Victoria up front is also so sweet and helpful! Come here, you will not be disappointed!

Basically paid $200 for a root touch up. This was my third disappointing appointment. I recently moved to the area and was willing to give this salon a solid try as I understand it takes some time to get to know new clients. I was hoping the third try was the charm, but I was just left feeling over charged for a root touch up and a trim. My appointment was for roots and all over color and a trim of the ends. I had showed her the color I wanted which was about two shades lighter of copper than my current shade and not true red. I left with the EXACT same color as I came in and up charged for all kind of clear shine coats promised to increase vibrancy. It did not. The only good thing I can say is that it at least covered my roots. The explanation I was given at the end was lengthy and I was encouraged to make another appt in five weeks to do what we should have done this time. I clearly was not happy with the service but still charged $200 and not even offered an earlier date so that it could be corrected. Let me finish by stating that my expectations are not unrealistic and totally could have been achieved in the last THREE visits. Wasted. Moving on.

Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed. I made an online appointment for just all over color, the receptionist called to confirm and we found out I needed a different type of service. Now I had booked the appointment for the same day and they managed to squeeze me in even with the change in service. Emma was amazing, my hair looks so beautiful and feels amazing. I had grown out bleached blond hair with large roots and she transformed my hair like it was nothing. She is amazing and super funny.

I have (had) been a loyal customer of Bella Sirena for the past 20 years. I recently asked for a "fix" after 9 days (I was unable to come in before that) and was refused. The manager said that 9 days was considered a grow out period. 9 days? She was pretty adamant about it. My hair looks pretty bad in the back. Not blended well at all. I feel the management is not seasoned or mature. I have also noticed a steady turnover in their stylists over the past 3 years so I have not been able to establish a relationship with a stylist. Very disappointing. I will be moving on.
