Worst experience EVER! The First technician Michelle damaged my nails by removing my gel polish ONLY with the machine. No acetone wrap at all!!!! I asked her many times to stop, to the point another technician came over and intervened! Totally wrecked my natural nails! Then I beg to go to another technician, which did the job fine. Not good, just average. Then I go to pay. Told her I had a 20 cash and would only do tip cash if she had change for a 20 tp give her a 7 tip. Service was $37 I was going to tip her 7 cash (about 20% for a BAD experience... yes polish average, again my natural nails were hacked by the machine, went in with long nails came out with them hurting they were so short and THIN!) And she gave me a 10. Told her AGAIN I wanted 13 back. She looks at me with 1 dollar!!! Really?! Tip 10 for a 37 service that was horrible!! They are a horrible business!!! Hack your nails, cheat on tips! I will NEVER be back!!!!!!WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

Holly did a wonderful job on my nails. I have been getting dip nails done for several years, this is the most natural looking dip nails I have ever had done. I came in with dip polish on from another salon, she took the old product off she was very gentle. I will be back, love this place. Thank you Holly!!

Bella Nails web page is easy to access to see what you want done before you make an appt online and walk ins are welcome too. They called me back almost immediately after I made my appt online. All the prices are clearly listed which I feel are reasonable. I had Friendly nail tech and nice conversation. They even double checked my online appt to make sure I got exactly what I wanted done. I got a gel french Mani and gel color for my Pedi. My nail tech did a wonderful job. I took my daughter there back in May and same friendly services. We definitely will be back again.

I do not live here I’m just visiting… Came in for a nail color change for feet & hands. Not once was I shown the charges until she started… OMG the price that I paid is insane!!! 😡I honestly feel like I was robbed… $62.00???? Yes, I had gel on feet and hands and was charged extra because they said my nails were too long??? Who or what judges a customers nail length???? It’s a polish change not full set and pedicure. It took an hour 1/2. Then the technician using the drill cuts the skin of my toe. I guess that’s part of the cost?? Finally sitting to do my nails and I had to pull my hand away several times, felt like my nail was burning it was horrible. She says “Sorry hunny” and keeps doing it… Not good at all. Love how they don’t speak English unless they tell you how much you need to pay after they start…😤 Why don’t they give you the price up front? I was asked repeatedly what you want? I said “ Gel polish change for feet & hands” Repeatedly…. I told them I don’t live here so why wouldn’t they discuss pricing before the services are rendered??? Shady business if you ask me….🧐 Extremely disappointing how businesses have the ability to mark up prices to fit whatever they want. Huge lesson learned

Everyone was very friendly! My 10yo daughter and i went, she got a mani/pedi, her nail tech went above and beyond, made her feel very well taken care of. I got a pedicure and had a great time with my tech as well! Very friendly and personable. I would definitely bring her back here😁

I went in at 2:30 on Friday 2/23 for removal of my dip nails and a gel mani. The girl that started my nails drilled my nails so much that I could physically feel pain in my nails (mind you I’ve been getting my nails done for 17 years and know and understand how the nail drill works and feels) she then had me soak my nails in a bowl of accetone for 9 minutes and filed more, and made me restock them. I had mentioned how it was hurting and she just continued to drill. When she had me put my hands in accetone I didn’t keep my nails fully in because of the pain. Every 3 weeks when I get my the dip off my nails my nails are super strong, long, and healthy. After she finally stopped drilling and having me soak- probably 30-35 minutes into my apt. My natural nails were thinner than paper (literally folded in half if you touched them) and were in so much pain. She had to cut them so short because of how thin they were. I was fine with them being shorter especially because I knew they wouldn’t last if they were any longer. Through out the removal process the original girl (I didn’t get her name) continued to walk away and then the owner would start working on my nails, this continues until it’s time to do the gel mani. Once it’s time to do the gel mani the owner finishes up my service. She put 3 base coats, 3 coats of white polish, and two 2 coats because “my nails were just so damaged from having dip on my nails” not because they drilled my nails for 45 minutes (which yes again I mentioned they were hurting). Anyways I finally left at 4:05 with painful nails and an ok mani. It is now Sunday 2/25 and the gel is already cracking, separating, and peeling off. Luckily I have an apt with my normal salon in a week for her to fix this mess. Paid $55 for an hour and a half and some painful fingers. Never again, unfortunately.
