Worst experience I’ve had in Cleveland! The man that did my pedicure insulted me for my size, didn’t use the mask with my pkg and used barely warm stones. The pedicure itself was terrible, my paint chipped later in the day and my feet weren’t smooth.

Went today for the first time and won’t be back. I paid for the volcano which comes with hot stones, masks and massage. I didn’t get a massage and he didn’t use the last packet of the volcano set. I asked him to 3 times and then had the audacity to tell me he used it when I wasn’t looking. I mentioned the hot stones weren’t hot and he said “you have thick skin so you can’t feel it”. Refused to dry my legs or feet even though I asked repeatedly.

if I could give them a 0 I would.. got my nails done and 5 days later the nails fell off... I was so upset about it.. the lady scrubbed my nails so hard that I was bleeding... the first lady messed up on my nails an a guy came behind her an redid them again an it still looked horrible.. I'll never go here ever again.. I do not recommend them..

the gentleman that did my nails clearly did not get what I wanted. I showed him the picture multiple times. Nothing crazy at all. Simple color simple shape. Well the purple I chose turned two shades of purple that were darker than I asked for. And then the shapping. Ha! My nails look like fat boxes on my hands. I also asked to have my cuticles trimmed, clearly that wasn’t done either. And let’s not talk about pricing! I’m visiting from out of state and I paid $23 MORE than I would’ve in TAMPA! That’s insanity!!! Do Yourself a favor and go else where.

Fiancé spent $50 on a pedicure for our wedding in TWO days. The gel paint was not applied properly and is already chipping after less than 12 hours. VERY UNHAPPY, and will not waste money here again. Also, as a paying customer there is no reason they could not to her nails the way she asked. She wanted lots of sparkles and you can barely tell they are there as the lady kept saying “less is better”. Just spend the extra $5 and go to Lux.

I get my nails done by Tina at Bella Nails. She does a great job and is very fast. She is Vietnamese and sometimes I have a little trouble understanding her but she is VERY sweet!!!!!

They filed my nails down paper thin and 2 minutes after I left my nails started splitting. Tina did a good job on my pedicure, but a horrible job on my nails. They were messy and I could see the brush strokes.. most all my nails split down to the quick. Beware of this place!!!

Went in on Nov 4th for a fill in and in search of a new nail tech. I'd nvr had a white girl do my nails so I was a bit skeptical. Not only did Misti do a fantastic job, she's also a sweetheart !! I'm pleased to say from now on she will be my nail girl !! Thank you so much, Misti !!

The service was good but when I showed them the conbow of nails& toes was 65$& my sister just got her nails polished...it cost & that didn't include the 20$ each of the 2 men that did it!! 145$$$$$??? Oh the tip was Givin befor the bill!!!!!
