Bella Michelle Day Spa is simply the best! What started out as using a gift certificate my daughter got me for Mother's Day 2 years ago turned into an ongoing journey of rejuvenating my skin and helping me learn how to best take care of my skin as I age without using invasive and harmful procedures. Michelle is wonderful and so knowledgeable. Best little hidden gem day spa!

I am from out of town and I wanted to surprise my wife a day at a spa. I found Bella Michelle because it was close to her place. She doesn’t want to spend a day at a spa so I called them to cancel the appointment which in any case scenario, it really should not be a big deal. However , they immediately process my card when I try to cancel and send me an email two hours later saying that it was a gift certificate when clearly it was not a gift certificate!!!! Not only did they charge for the full service of $1157 they also included the payment for gratuities. that is stealing!!!! I have disputed the charges with my credit card company. They put their greed above everything. Beware!!!! 12/7/24 I am only going to reply to this email one more time after Bella Michelle wrote to me . Reading her reply has really irritated me. for the last time, It was not a gift certificate at all or was ever mentioned to me as a gift certificate. anyway I don’t want to waste any more energy on this. if this is how she wanted to treat her customer, then let it be. I have disputed my charges and it has been reversed and that’s all I care.

What could have been a pleasant surprise turned into a nightmare. My fiancé wanted to surprise me with a spa day for my 50th birthday. Bella Michelle had my fiancé prepay over the phone with his credit card. Yesterday he called and cancelled the appointment one week prior to the actual spa day, they would not refund any of his money back. What kind of businesses keep a 100 percent of consumers money just because of cancellations or no show. To make matters worse, he had to pay for services I did not receive and cough up gratuity charges as well. This place is a crook at their best. At the time, he was not even informed of the cancellation policy by the staff over the phone. We would never ever ever do businesses with crooks. Consumers beware. Get the services first then pay. He will dispute the charges with his credit card company. He didn’t even sign anything. Paying this much money $ 1157.00 just because we cannot make it. I have to let the public and better Business Bureau know this place is a disgrace. Just plain greed!!!!!! Shame oh them for doing business this way!!!!!!!! 11/20/2024 just got a reply from the business. He booked an appointment for us NOT A GIFT CERTIFICATE!!!!!!! You said that thinking it was the only legit reason for no refund . Shame on you!!! Let’s put a bet on it, show me prove he purchased gift certificate, then I will gladly pay the $1157. And don’t bother sending the email saying it was gift certificate, that email was sent after he called in to cancel. That email didn’t even has his authorization for payment. To pay $1157 and we never even got any services or set foot into the store. Noooo my sister and I have issue with business done this way. At the time the appointment was booked over the phone, the staff failed to informed him of the cancellation policy. We did not cancel last min he called in yesterday which was one week prior to my birthday. I would feel absolutely uncomfortable going there. We had already disputed our charges with the credit card and reported to BBB. I just wanted the public to be alerted that if you cancelled or no show, they will run your credit card to full payment with gratuity and fees as well even with zero services given!!!!!! My sister and I own businesses as well, we take reservations and just because it was canceled doesn’t mean we will punished the customers and take full payment and tips as well. A good business values their customers and not steal from them. Shame on you!!!!!!!! 12/16/24 Got full refund from capital one few days after we put in the dispute.

Consumers beware of this awful spa. They will take 100 of your money when you cancel your appointment. What a crook… my friend was not informed of this and he will dispute the charges. What kind of business charges people money 100 of their hard earned money simply because they have to cancel the appointment. Also charged consumers spa gratuities and fees for services that were never received. They don’t care about their customers only greeds !!!! Not supporting them. Shame on them for treating customers like this.

Went here for a couples massage as a gift from my girlfriend and what an amazing experience it was! The massage therapists were excellent we both feel so relaxed after and then they brought us to a separate room with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to enjoy. Would highly recommend to others to experience!

Flew to Clearwater for the weekend for my bachelorette party! Found this place online and booked the bachelorette spa package. We were initially greeted with a friendly smile with chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. All 5 of us got a facial, massage, body wrap, & pedicure! Everything was done perfectly and was not disappointed ! I felt very relaxed and satisfied with the wonderful day all of us ladies had! Thank you all for the wonderful experience !

AMAZING services, HIGHLY recommend! We did the mother daughter package and had a whole day experience that included amazing massages, facials, lunch, pedicures, and honey butter scrub for an amazing price. Great staff and hospitality! Couldn’t think of a better experience :)

Warm, friendly and professional from the moment you walk thru the door. Best service package and service, I have ever experienced. Every member of the staff made all 3 of us feel like we “mattered”. Wow! I would have to say Best Spa Day Ever (and I've had a good number or spa days). Every treatment in our package was amazing! There was no "upselling" or product pushing, just a wonderful relaxing day with a terrific lunch. I can't even tell you which was my favorite service (facial, herbal wrap or massage) but I can tell you I will be back again and again!

Best little hidden gem! My mom and I got the best friends package and hands down best thing ever!!! We enjoyed a full body massage, body sauna, lunch, and a facial! And as well as chocolate covered strawberries. Their staff if so friendly and they for sure know how to take care of you! 10/10 would recommend

I can’t recommend this spa and its wonderful owner Michelle enough. Her professionalism and knowledge in aesthetics and different treatments are top notch. I’m getting ready for my wedding next year and my skin is looking younger and more beautiful every day thanks to the facials and treatments I’ve been getting in the last couple of months. The massages are always extremely good also. My fiancée and I enjoy this amazing spa every time we go there. Thank you Michelle and Mike for all you do and your care to keep us healthy and youthful! This was the best birthday present. The moment I arrived I was welcomed by Mike. The spa is absolutely beautiful! Teresa was my massuse. She is such a wonderful young woman and my massage was perfect. I then had the pleasure of meeting Michelle for my facial. I had never had one before and it was incredible. If you haven't had the opportunity to spend the day with Mike and Michelle and Teresa don't hesitate and make your appointment today, you won't be disappointed!

Today was my 5th visit here over several years, and it just keeps getting better. Today I kicked off my long birthday weekend with a massage, body scrub and the Marshmallow Melt-down foot treatment. The strawberry feta salad for lunch was amazing too. Everyone here is wonderful and did their best to help me TOTALLY relax, taking a break from a gruelling work schedule. Thank you!

I had a wonderful afternoon at Bella Michelle! First, my massage with Jessica was hands down one of the BEST I ever had, and I’ve been getting massages for years. Second, my spa pedicure with Susan followed my amazing massage and I was treated to another hour of pure relaxation. I highly recommend Bella Michelle. Their services were superb and the prices were more than reasonable and the entire staff was warm & welcoming. I can’t wait to go back!

My mother and I experienced the full extent of Bella Michelle's pampering expertise today with a Mother-Daughter Spa package! Facials, Massages, a light lunch, pedicures and a hand scrub! Mike is a delight every time and always made sure we were feeling relaxed and satisfied. Dawn, Susan, and Jessica were stellar and I was so happy I could do this gor my mom! She felt like a queen, thank you so much Bella Michelle!

We walked in and you already feel relaxed..the atmosphere is so calming and not to mention emaculate. Each room is better than the next, they each tell their own little story, it's so great. The facilities are clean from the waiting room to the bathrooms. You are greeted by a smile from the most amazing host mike who gave us the grand tour of the spa..offered us a beverage and then sat us in the waiting area. I received the most amazing facial from Michelle which left me wanting more. My skin was dry and sun burnt and when I walked out of there my skin was dewy, the lines under my eyes were gone and my skin looked and felt absolutely hydrated. My husband also received a facial, which was his 1st experience in a spa and couldn't stop raving about how amazing it was, he also had a dry, sun burnt face and he left there completely different then when he walked in, completely hydrated and relaxed. We definitely will be coming back and can not wait to try the other amazing treatments they offer. All and all this was bar to none the most tranquil, elegant spa experience we've ever had.

What a fantastic experience. My sister and I were gifted a "Girls Spa Day" by my daughter. Have never been so spoiled and pampered as we were today. From the time we walked in for our appointment till we left we were treated like royalty. Had the massage, body wrap, and facial. Also included lunch.....and Mike outdid himself!! Mike and the girls were awesome - and will definitely be recommending this spa to our friends. Thank you Bella Michele for a day we will not forget......and we will be back.😊
