After years of using black box color on my own hair I decided to make the change and get professional hair coloring. Their very knowledgeable stylist (zoe) explained the whole process to me. It does take time to undo years of bad cheap black box color. After a few appointments I have reached my desired caramel color. I love it more than words can say. I will never attempt coloring my own hair again. I will leave it to the professionals! I love their products they smells so good. Using their Aveda products has changed the way my hair feels and looks. The salon is so cute and very clean. If I remember correctly, zoe has over 25+years experience with color. There's so much dimension and shine. Compliments roll in and I feel so beautiful. Pamper yourself. Bella Luna is soooo worth it!

Completely unprofessional. Did not call to confirm appointment. When I showed up for my appointment, the doors were locked. I called, no one answered. Someone called me saying they were running late & that they had some available time that afternoon. I asked if they had received my message from the previous day, she replied that no one was there, even though their advertised hours are until 6, and I called around 4:30. She asked if I would like to reschedule, I said absolutely not based on their unprofessionalism & lack of punctuality.

I got a haircut here from Lena at the beginning of the month. I didn’t really look at my hair until my family pointed out to me that it was a really uneven cut about a week or two after. I reached out to the salon through the email box on their website and didn’t hear back so I called and left a message asking for the owner to call me back and it’s been awhile now with no response. I ended up going to another salon to get it fixed but I’m really upset that I’m out the money for the original haircut. I’m hoping this review will help me get in contact with the owner so I can hopefully get a refund.

No one was there who could ring up the hair product I wanted to buy. The door was locked even. A woman answered and said she only rented a chair there and couldn't sell me anything. Stupid. How do you run a business this way? They lost a sale and they lost me as a customer.

I have been visiting Bella Luna since I moved to Colorado in 2020. I absolutely LOVE this salon and the stylists have always been professional, friendly, and incredibly talented! A huge shout out to Lena, who has done absolutely WONDERFUL things to my hair and brows. I always feel like a brand new woman after my visits to Bella Luna! Thank you Lena and Bella Luna! I went to Bella Luna and Lena did a fairly decent job, aside from the fact that I told her my roots fire hot and still had to be processed twice, didn’t think anything of it, things happen. I made another appointment about a month and a half in advance in order to have the day and time I specifically wanted available. A month prior to my appointment, I got a text message asking if I would like to reschedule. Confused, I suggested other times if she was unable to accommodate my original appointment. She realized it was a booking mistake on their end and re-confirmed my appointment for April. When I showed up to my appointment the doors were locked and the place was dark. I sent her a message and she was ‘confused’ about my response. She was ‘unaware’ of my appointment even thought I sent her screen shots of the correspondence between the two of us from her cellphone number. Drove 30 minutes to Aurora to make my appointment to have her tell me 15 minutes after scheduled time that she would not be able to do my hair. I’ve been using Aveda salons for 16 years and this is the worst treatment I’ve ever experienced. Called Rumors in Brighton and they were able to get me in right away. Great customer service at rumors. Don’t waste your time time Lena at Bella Luna. Worthless.

Great place! Started with red hair and ended with an outcome I adore! Lena Saiz is fantastic! Thanks girl! Got me back to normal ❤️ plus she did a custom blue on the bottom that couldn't be more perfect 🙂 the aveda products they use there at bella luna are a cut above and my hair feels more healthy after going there even after a bleach!! Will only be going here for now on! Only place I'll recommend.

I don’t think I’ve ever loved my hair more than I do after Lena whipped my COVID hair into shape!! What most stands out is the amazing experience I had here. Lena explained to every step of the process so I actually learned how to care for my hair that I’ve never gotten from other salons. The owner Zoë was a total doll and everyone was just so incredibly kind. Thank you guys so much!! (Oh yeah, and they sell Aveda!! Lol)

I really enjoyed my stylist as a person so I want to make sure that I did not give a terrible review because she was very nice. However, I specifically called to ensure that they did the Aveda experience as they say and I was assured they did. I have been to a few Aveda locations or Aveda concept locations and also felt pampered after. I spent out of my budget to go here so I could get pampered and I left wishing I got what I thought I was paying for. If you are looking for the real Aveda experience you may not find what you are looking for here. I was so sad to pay that much money and not get what I was really needing as a mom of 6 trying to spoil herself for once in a lifetime.

I scheduled an appointment on a Saturday. It got rescheduled the Friday before (no biggie, things come up). The stylist rescheduled me for Sunday, but no one was there at the salon when I went for my appointment. *Super* disappointed. This is actually the second stylist who has not shown for my appointment.

My daughter and I had an extended stay in Aurora and were in need of haircuts after several months of lockdown. We booked back-to-back appointments with Lena without knowing much except that it was an Aveda Salon (I've always used their products). We gave Lena two extremes to work with - a 14 year old with poker straight hair and a 50+ mom with curly hair. We both walked out of there absolutely LOVING our haircuts. I wish we lived closer and could be regulars - HIGHLY recommend Lena.

Angie is wonderful and always creates a beautiful cut and color even when I am not quite sure what it is I’m wanting! After a few years of going to her now I trust her to sometimes come up with whatever she thinks will look good! She is great at styling and adding color to fit your complexion and face shape. Thank you Angie for also always working with my tight schedule to get me in sometimes with very last minute notices!

I am a client of a former stylist at Bella Luna and in an attempt to fire my stylist, the owner used my name as the reasoning for her being fired. Not only did she completely lie, she attempted to assassinate my character. Luckily my stylist reached out to me regarding the matter, the owner admitted to lying about it. Because of the lack of professionalism from Zoe (the owner), I could have lost an almost 20 year friendship. Needless to say I will never step foot in that salon nor would I recommend it to anyone!!! Keep your distance!
