I will never go here again. Two nails broke after I had paid $115 for a full set, including cat eye. I went back to fix it and they were very polite and fixed my nails, but then four days later another nail has broken. This is just unacceptable when you spend $125 on your nails. Over priced for poor work. I didn’t even feel the nails break, that’s how poorly they were done. Usually, when you break a nail, you can feel it, sometimes it even hurts because it will pull your natural nail. I did not feel any of these nails bteak, that broke within less than a one week period .. Unacceptable.

At Bella Bella nail Spa, you truly feel like you’re not just at any nail salon, but a salon that has pushed the limits to really create a relaxing “spa” experience. First of all, it is incredibly clean here and all the workers are not just respectable, but also very friendly. They have a large variety of regular and gel nail polishes available of both classic and trendy colors. I feel incredibly relaxed every time I come here. If you have the time, I really recommend the “Spa Pedicures”. They involve various steps that include deep cleaning, exfoliating, hydrating, and massaging of your feet and lower legs. I find that they’re really worth the extra dollars and they add to the overall “spa” experience of coming to this salon. My experience here are ultimately due to how “above and beyond” the owner and workers go in order to make this salon feel like haven in which one can hide away and pamper during a stressful day.

I got powder dip nails and after 1 week they were already chipping. At a different nail salon (in Scotch Plains) my powder dip nails never chipped after 3 weeks (even though grown out). For the same service they're also $10 more with awful results.

I have been going to this Nail spa for about a year now. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and by name. It feels so welcoming. Every staff member is friendly and gives 100% in their services. I recommend Bella Bella to everyone!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - BELLA BELLA WILL CHARGE A FORTUNE TO DO A HORRIBLE JOB I have been getting gel nails done for about 15 years and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The technician ripped my nails taking off my previous coat, even after I flinched and said she was going too hard. She was clumsy with my cuticles and caused them to bleed. I was in pain and she proceeded to be rough with my nails. I asked for square shaped nails, and they ended up rounded and slanted. When I pointed it out, she said it was fine. The gel polish was put on sloppily and peeled off after only a few days. When trying to politely get what I asked for and was paying for, I was met with contempt. Horrible horrible customer service. Do not waste your money!

DO NOT COME HERE I never leave reviews but I will for this. I have been here a few times. Recently I was given a manicure by a woman who was frustrated because I requested a fill (she thought I was too young for artificial nails, I am 17.) I do not really know what set her off about me, but she was clearly purposely rough and abrasive with my hands. She raised her voice at me when I asked if she could modify the shape. I was unhappy with the length, and when I tried to kindly ask if there was a way I could get them longer, and offered to pay whatever fee or come in whenever possible, she slammed my hands down and told me to go somewhere else, then grabbed my hands back and continued to work on them without my permission. She was clearly not stable and she targeted her emotional outburst at me. I told her I wanted to stop and she again raised her voice at me in front of the entire salon and she demanded that I pay $120 for my nails (she hadn’t even filled them yet) She proceeded to raise her voice at me and humiliate me, and I just stood there and cried. She then screamed at the owner about me, until I left the salon. I went to Nails Plus 5 down the road, and they fixed my nails, and comforted me as I was disturbed and upset.

Disgusting staff. Completely aggressive and disrespectful. I witnessed a little girl get screamed at by a woman doing her nails because she asked a question. They charged her and she cried and called her mom. The whole thing was shocking. Scared to come back.

Had a gel mani and pedicure. The manager at the desk was very friendly and helped me find the colors I wanted along with a special sparkle on my ring finger (was for my wedding). The mani/pedi was very relaxing, they also give massages. I was very satisfied with the result and am still staring at my beautiful nails almost a week later!

I have never seen a business that exists to make women more beautiful, act in such an ugly and disgusting manner. I sent my daughter into this spa as a treat for getting a great SAT score, only to get a call from her hysterically crying. The woman who was working on her nails had some sort of emotional breakdown and threw her hands down and screamed at her when she requested a different type of nail treatment. My daughter offered to pay more for the service, and was told to leave and was screamed at in front of other customers. She was being yelled at by a non English speaking woman who was demanding payment despite throwing her out without finishing the job? I’m not sure how this place plans to stay in business by screaming at young girls while they stand crying and confused, not understanding what they did wrong. We tried calling to discuss this with the owners but we were blown off. I am contemplating filing a report with the Better Business Bureau after this. No one’s child should be treated like this.

I went in to get my nails done on Saturday afternoon, about 2pm, for a wedding I was attending Sunday.. Well, the next day before the wedding, my polish was chipped. For $19 regular manicure, +$3 tip, that is really unacceptable. The basecoat used was old and at the end of the bottle, not sure of the quality. I've gotten regular manicures that have lasted anywhere from 2-4 days....but less than 24 hours?? For $22 regular manicure, give me a break!

My cousin came home crying because of this bs nail place. She didn't get at all what she wanted and they were completely rude to her the whole time. She hates her nails and they intentionally ignored what she wanted. I would look elsewhere if you are looking for a professional, calm, excepting, experience.

When I got a gel manicure, the technician was great and took her time. My last visit, I got a regular manicure and the technician rushed through the whole thing, didn’t apply the nail polish completely and the polish started chipping off 2 days later. Disappointed as the place is clean and they have a lot of color options.

Pedicure was really bad. Really, really bad. I like the wide variety of color options. But, technician did a terrible job. Manicure was decent.
