Initially went here & everything was good. Scheduled my next upcoming appointment online (styleseat) weeks ahead. When you schedule there is a place you select what hair color you want so she can have it ready. The morning of my appointment I first get a text from her asking if I could reschedule for a little later that day. I text let me check with my babysitter. Shortly I text back yes, I can do that later time. She then texts saying she can't do my hair at all that day because she doesn't have the hair I'm wanting (even though I provided that info weeks prior). So at this point she just left me high & dry. Didn't apologize or even attempt to reschedule me. Left me with my recently unbraided hair out & nothing I could do with it right away. Terrible customer service!

First time going to Bella Beauty, Miriama does a great job, she makes sure you get your money worth.She is not gonna let you get a style if its not gonna last with your hair....I will definitely be returning and would recommend her to anyone

I'd highly recommend Issatou with her professionalism, great customer service, pleasant personality, clean and comfortable salon atmosphere you're sure to leave highly satisfied. She’s my go to for all my hair care and makeup needs for any event. Issatou is not only pleasant but knowledgeable and cares for the health of your hair. Her work speaks volumes as I constantly receive compliments from braiding styles she's done even after a month of wear. It is with no hesitation that I recommend Issatou!!!

Bella Beauty is "THE" salon to get great services. Izzy is awesome she is very professional her work is amazing I love getting my hair braided by her. I have a very sensitive scalp and I must say I have never had my hair braided from someone who is very gentle. My style last for weeks I would definitely recommend her she is a great stylist.

I love her. My first experience was amazing, not only does she do a great job at doing my hair, she also explains how to keep your hair healthy. She takes her time doing my hair, I've done had braids, protein treatment, wash and set, and a trim. Making appointments are always easy and she responds very quickly!

I would most definitely recommend Bella Beauty! I go here for all my protective style hair care. Service is excellent. I've been going here for the last 4 years and have not had one complaint! Izzy takes care of all my protective style hair needs. From sew-in's to box braids to crochets. She even does my 5yr old daughter's box braids and she loves them! The atmosphere she sets when doing your hair is awesome. She makes your feel comfortable and ensures that she perfects your vision for your hair care needs.

Izzy literally is a braiding goddess! Her work is flawless & she make sure that your edges are safely still intact after the fact!!! (Lol but seriously) Her work is neat & beautiful! Search no further she’s a beast & worth it! I found her work while eating at Bob Evans...I couldn’t take my eyes off the young lady head sitting across from me! When I’m in need of glam & sparkle, Izzy is my go to. She’s professional, timely, flexible and has a great personality. Whether it was for prom , Cotillion, a wedding or senior pictures, the “Izzy Glow” never dissapointed💗. Even after the events, I dreaded taking it off. YES, THATS HOW GOOD IT LOOKS! BEST MUA in NC & maybe the WORLD.
