Just like most everyone else, I usually see one person for their hair needs. Scheduling is easy. They're always polite. They listen to you. And by that, I mean it isn't always easy to convey what you want or are looking for. They listen to you and make sure they understand what you want before they start. I'm super happy coming here. My consult exceeded my expectations. The stylist I spoke with recommended a different stylist she thought best suited for me and the pairing could not have been more spot on for what I was looking for.

I'd have given it 5 stars but the cost was higher than I was quoted. I can get a better price elsewhere. I may go back but only if I decide at the time I'm ok with paying a bit more.

I made my appointment online for anyone to cut and color my natural curls. I've been to a few places but I just haven't had the perfect experience yet. Today, I think I may have found someone I can keep going back to. Deb did phenomenal! Suggested a different way to make the color last longer! Conversation was great! Wasnt really treated like I was 'just another client' which was super nice! Will definitely come back!

I've been here twice and loved my experience both time. The second time was a correction cut from a chain store. Kim fixed me up beautifully. This will be my go to place from now on. Love them.

Wonderful experience every time I'm in. From the front door gals to the beauty professionals, everyone is friendly and make sure I'm comfortable. Shawna is the best, she does wonders with my hair. Every time I leave there happier than the time before.
