It has been so nice to find a professional business that knows how to treat your hair as well as to educate you to ensure that your hair remains healthy. This is a professional business that does not allow parents to bring children that are NOT receiving service. It is a liability for children not receiving service to be inside because if they get hurt it can be a huge liability. Plus it is time for many of us adults to relax and enjoy some free time without hearing crying and seeing children runing around. Thanks to all of the professional stylist at this location for the manner in which you operate this business, i.e., timely manner, professionalism, courteous and safety of customers is always on full display! I am so happy to have found this hair salon!

I can't leave a review on how they done hair, because I never made it inside. I couldnt even find the place. I am not from here, and couldn't find the salon. Gps was taking me somewhere else I tried calling and emailing with no response, no reply, no nothing at all. I had plans to drop a decent chunk of money, but it seems they don't need any new business. Thanks for nothing!

Before and After hair salon has become my favorite hair salon. My stylist name is Mrs. Jeanette upon my arrival inside the shop I was greeted by her with a smile. Mrs.Jeanette I highly recommend she is very professional and it shows through her work that she clearly has alot of expirence with doing hair. Mrs.Jeanette talks to you about how she will be handling your hair and educates you on hair care. She and another stylist there Nicole both made me feel very welcome to the point I didn't want to leave just yet great conversation make you feel so invited. At this salon you will be very happy and satisfied that you came. I would rate this shop 1-10 it would be a 10 based on service, professionalism and the shop set up is nice. Mrs.Jeanette made my hair look amazing with plenty of body may I add she the real deal if you want healthy hair and want to see growth! Before and After Hair Salon will be my final stop Period!! I felt in good spirit when I was there that alone says alot❤

I have been coming to this salon since 2007, shortly after my mother passed and I started to cry while there and I felt her compassion for me and with me, so Jeanette not only takes care of my hair but I consider her my friend as well, she very timely and is considered of your time as well, clean shop and no noises tv and people coming and going trying to sell you stuff. That’s why I am still coming.

I love the way Jeanette does my hair. It is always beautuful! My hair was not growing. Now since I have been going to Jeanette at Before and After salon my hair is long down my back and thick!! I tell all of my friends to go to this salon. It is clean and has a friendly environment!! I would not trade this salon for a million dollars!! This is the only place that I will ever go to when I need service for my hair. Tell everybody you know to come here and get their hair done!! They will love it as much as I do!😊

I started coming to this salon in 2019, and my hair has been flourishing ever since. Jeanette Story worked her magic, and my hair is now unbelievably healthy. I have never had hair this healthy before coming to her. Not only is she a great stylist who specializes in healthy hair, she is also extremely friendly and very professional! She knows all about proper hair care!

Jeanette Story has been doing my hair for more than 18 years. I had issues with my hair falling due to medication and she did a scalp analysis and began treating my scalp and growing my hair..I am more than grateful for this experience. Jeanette is the BEST beautician in Southaven! I have been getting my hair done and treated with her for 11 years! She has not only styled my hair, but treated my hair and scalp. My hair is at its healthiest since coming to Jeanette. I love her so much that my daughter started coming when she was 6 years old and she is now 11 years old.

Jeanette has been my hair stylist for about 20 years. She was highly recommended to me by a friend. She is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She is very thoughtful of her customers. I am allergic to a certain chemical. She makes certain that there is no cross contamination with the products or tools that she uses on my hair. Scheduling is easy, she does not overbook and the atmosphere is very pleasant.
