lexi always does amazing! she does my eyelash list and tint, my lip blushing, waxes my eyebrows, and does my hydrafacials!!

Great location, very nice/clean spa environment and everyone is extremely friendly & professional. Lexi has done my eyelashes several times and she is always courteous, engages me in fun conversation so it's not boring and most importantly she takes her time so that I am always very happy with my eyelashes when she is finished. I would highly recommend her and the Beckley Rejuvenation Center to others!

Had an appointment for tomorrow morning looked up the address to GPS to find out there office is now closed for the week I did not receive any type of notification that my appointment was canceled or rescheduled so had I not seen it online I would of made an hour trip to a locked building. This is very very poor customer service and extremely inconsiderate to their customers.

I have an appointment here tomorrow and I never received a confirmation so I looked on their website to see someone left in the reviews that their office is closed. No one bothered to contact me from the office and I took the day off work. Never again will I make an appointment here for anything! Terrible customer service!

Linda and her staff are the absolute best! They provide top knotch services and i trust them explicitly with all of my needs. Recently they have had damage to the building and they have communicated with me to reschedule in what must be a difficult situation for them to navigate. I can't wait until they reopen and I can visit again!
