I came in for a haircut and this salon provided such a lovely experience! The staff is so friendly and professional. My thick, curly hair isn’t easy to cut, but my stylist did a beautiful job and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of my haircut!

I had the pleasure of visiting Bebe Ellis Salon for a haircut, color retouch, and highlights, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I absolutely love this salon! I have been going here for a few years since we moved from FL to NC. From the moment you walk in you are immediately greeted with a smile from the girls at the front desk. Barbara, the salon owner, is so sweet and always quick to help when needed. Bre, my hair stylist, is unbelievably talented. She somehow gets exactly what you want perfect each and every time. She truly is talented. I would highly recommend her. She is also witty and so fun to talk to. The whole experience is so enjoyable I look forward to it each and every time! The salon is always clean, neat and beautiful to be in. Every single person I watch walking out after an appointment looks fabulous. You will not be disappointed!!

I had an appointment a few days ago and my stylist, Janee, really gave one of the best salon experiences. Janee listened to what I wanted while giving honest and thoughtful advice. She’s an excellent listener with many years of experience, all of which makes her one of the best stylists I’ve ever been to. Not only that, she created this STUNNING color that exceeding all my expectations. The salon is also gorgeous and very tidy. All of the staff are so helpful and kind, and the wash/bowl area is SO nice and relaxing! It made what is usually one of my least favorite salon experiences something I’m looking forward to at my next appointment. I’m so pleased with the entire experience and I HIGHLY recommend this salon and especially recommend seeing Janee. ☺️

I have been going to Bre before she even came to BeBe Ellis, following her from Durham. I cannot say enough wonderful things about how amazing my hair looks and feels and the numerous positive comments I receive from people every day. Since coming to BeBe Ellis Bre has continued to grow and flourish as a stylist and ambassador for her profession. The salon is always immaculate and the staff are friendly and welcoming. They even have a massage chair at the hairwash station which is quite a relaxing treat. I would recommend the salon and Bre to anyone who wants an amazing style with quality products (Aveda) in a wonderful environment.

I have been to see Bre 3-4 times and would 10/10 recommend her! After being a victim of a terribly botched and lopsided pixie/bob haircut at another salon I chose on a whim, I was determined to be more judicious in my choice of salon and stylist. I scoured the internet for salons with worthy reviews, vetted all the websites of those that seemed promising and came to the conclusion that Bre from Bebe Ellis would be my savior. The reviews were great and Bre's qualifications and education listed on the Bebe Ellis website were very extensive and seemed evidence enough that she could help fix this mess I found myself in. When I came in to see her she listened in earnest to everything I said and did her best to correct the cut as much as possible without taking too much off and risking me looking like a Dutch Boy. She was honest in what our expectations should be while things grow out and the cut settles down which I greatly appreciated. I have seen her several times since the initial cut and my hair is very happy! Besides her skills as a stylist she is an excellent conversationalist and makes you feel right at ease. I usually hate getting my hair cut due to conversation often feeling forced and unnatural despite making an effort.

I've gone to Amy for both my appointments, one hair coloring and one haircut. Both times she gave me several options and always made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted but making sure it suited my face.

I've gotten both hair cuts and coloring done with Amy here, and she's always done a perfect job! She 's very easy to talk to and listens to my ideas, but also gives her own input on what she thinks is best. I always feel comfortable when working with her!

My daughter and I have been going to this salon for years. The people there are always nice and professional. The atmosphere is relaxing. Our hair stylist Bre is phenomenal. She has taken the time to really understand our hair style and how to cut, color, and style it that matches what we are looking for. I highly recommend Bebe Ellis Salon and Bre!

Tried to make and appointment. 1) Owner Barbara doesn't take appointments anymore so you can disregard those recommendations. 2) They called me back and wanted my credit card #. Claimed system will drop appointments if no card is on file. No company has my card on file, certainly not one I've never done business with. Will not be using Bebe Ellis no matter how well it is rated. EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: Who is "Mrs Rende? Me thinks thou doth protest too much. It's not about whether or not you personally still schedule clients or what you and your staff do. Defensiveness does not resolve the real issue. Anyway you slice it, asking for credit card #s before even doing business with a client is an indicator of a poor system and process. It's like making a restaurant reservation and being asked to pay for dinner before ever stepping foot in the door. It's just wrong. Anyone who agrees to this is foolish. This is your problem, not mine.

I absolutely loved my experience getting a spa shampoo and blow out! It turned out beautifully and the spa room was super relaxing!! The aveda products worked so well will be having to make a few purchases on those haha- overall loved it and would highly recommend!

My son absolutely did not cancel accidentally. He was looking forward to and planning on this appointment, as it was scheduled right before our family beach trip. Your team DID cancel his appointment, citing a scheduling error on your part. Updating my review to include that now they have just canceled on my college-aged son who had an appointment scheduled for weeks and they just canceled on him yesterday for an appointment he had for this Friday. And now he's out of luck right before our annual beach trip or he has to try someone new. This business DOES NOT CARE about your schedule -- only their own. Very poor business practice to cancel on a client at the last minute and MAKE NO EFFORT TO MAKE IT RIGHT! If I could give this salon 0 stars, I would. I (and my children) have been giving this salon business for years, but in the past year or two they have made it a habit to contact me at the last minute (many times the DAY OF) for an appointment to CANCEL ON ME. Their cancellation policy states that I could be held responsible for the full service charges if I cancel too late and yet they REPEATEDLY canceled on me with no notice! I would then have to be worked back into their stylist's already booked schedule, DELAYING MY APPOINTMENT FOR DAYS TO WEEKS MORE!

Classic Aveda treatment! They have massage chairs while washing your hair. The salon itself is gorgeous, and they carry many Aveda products. My stylist, Sue, listened to how I wanted my haircut and did a great job making suggestions and confirming that she understood what I wanted. I will definitely be back! The one thing that is missing is some Aveda herbal tea when first settling in. They have lockers available to secure your personal belongings during your services. Restrooms are clean and roomy. There are also salons specific parking spots right in front of the shop.

Awful staff. Harassment and they called the police whilst I had an appointment and emailed confirmation to be there. Was accused of being inebriated by the owner Barbara. This is not an Aveda brand salon. They just have permission to sell the products.

Bebe Ellis is one of the best salons! The atmosphere is gorgeous, the front desk ladies are friendly, and the stylists are so talented and fun! I cannot speak highly enough about Bre! She is the best! She is very experienced, has an eye for what looks good, and is great at executing both her visions and the visions that I have had and brought to her for my hair.

I am so excited to find this salon. Bre made me feel so comfortable and did an amazing job taking me from drab, tired, brassy blonde to silver! I know a lot of folks are complaining about pricing and it is a big purchase; but I look at it like this: People spend a lot of money on clothes but you wear your hair everyday! Now, if you don't like what you paid for; that's a different story. I'm happy I invested in a skilled stylist. Thank you Bre!!

I've been going to Ariel for years and followed her to Bebe Ellis. The shop is wonderful, staff is great, and I always leave with a great haircut. Ariel does a great job with my problem areas and never lets me down.
