Came in yesterday I asked for small knotless braids. They charged me for 260 and the braids are not small. She was finished in 3 hours because she parted them soo big. I will never return!

I got my hair done and 2 weeks later my braids started slipping out when I went back to and spoke with the lady who did my hair she had an attitude and said she would put them back in but she was going to charge me. I said I'm not paying because she should've done them right the first time. Bad service and bad braids

I loved the braids but they started falling out in the back and the person who did my hair wanted to charge me more to reinstall them and was very rude and thought everything was funny and they over charged me also never again

I showed Bebe a picture of the knotless braids I wanted. Bebe said yes, that she knew how to do them. $250 for what is NOT knotless braids. Then Bebe had the nerve to braid tight and told me I was acting like a 5 year old. Look at the picture and tell me if those are knotless braids. All she had to say is I do not know how to do knotless. Shop is very dirty and unsanitary. BeBe braided my hair and she is a horrible braider. Braids small in front and big in the back. If j in could rate a ZERO I would. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

I got my hair braided on the 4th of February. Before I came to the shop sent Bebe a photo and asked would she be able to grip my hair she said yes. My braids have been sliding out. I reached out to her she was very rude about it and refused to fix it because it was past 3 days she stated that she don’t give money back. While at the shop I noticed their place of business was dirty they do not wash combs in between clients. Overall the service was terrible. I would not recommend this shop to any one I wish I could report them to some one because I don’t think any of them in the shop has a cosmetology license. Save your money and go else where. No one has 200 dollars just to give away when the service is poor

I want to start out by saying the ladies were very nice and pleasant. I absolutely loved my style…. It was exactly what I wanted. The problem is the hair 😭😭😭 the hair started shedding before I left the chair! And it only got worse. I got my hair styled in kinky twist. I’ve had the style plenty of times before and have NEVER had this problem. I believe the mistake was made when they took a lighter to seal the hair. I went back for the to possibly fix and got the same exact results. She clipped the flyaways and went back over the hair with a lighter. And she also used half a bottle of spritz to seal them. It was shedding just as bad!!! When I asked if I could come back Saturday and they take it out she seemed surprised. Her solution then was to use the thread to curl the ends and cut them. She now I have blunt cut kinky twist that shed!

I’ve been coming here since last May of 2023. I have always had a pleasant experience with both of the ladies that work here. My hair has grown from getting the knotless braids and I couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend. To prevent breakage I always do the knotless because it’s less tension on the hair follicles.

Price was moderately reasonable for what I got, but in actuality not really. Scalp is pulling so bad. The edge control she used turned white for some reason. I told miss I didn’t like a section of myhair, so she just covered it up …. I’m disappointed because I drove from Atlanta specifically for her.

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF CALL TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR HAIR THEY TELL YOU ONE PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND GET THERE THEY START YOUR HAIR AND TRY TO TAX YOU ANOTHER BIG FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND SHE BROUGHT HER OWN HAIR THERE PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS FOOD INFLATION PRICES ARENT EVEN THAT HIGH DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU CONFIRM HOW MUCH YOUR PAYING BEFORE THEY START.

BeBe is rude!! She uses different languages to talk about just about everyone that walks in. The place is nasty couch smells and full of dirt toilet doesn't flush so everyone uses it on top of each other.! She braids hair in different sizes big in middle and back small in the front. I told her my hair wasn't done correctly didn't try to fix She said because my hair is thick She felt it be ok to braid it bigger. Her prices would be fine if hair done correctly but for what she does she should only charge 40 bucks. She is complete garbage and sets a horrible name for ladies of the African culture.

I called before I came to this hair shop and was told that I would be able to get my hair did the way I wanted then upon my arrival the short hefty lady in the main chair told me that she was incapable of doing my hair because “my hair is to natural I won’t be able grip it and the braids would be weak”. This was said to me as she was doing someone’s hair the with the same type of braids I wanted. When I asked if anyone else could braid my hair another lady told me that it would $65 for two of the braids that weren’t what I wanted even after I told her that I only brought $40 for what I was asking for. She still tried to pressure me into withdrawing money off my card to pay her $65 for two braids that weren’t going to be what I wanted nor were they going to stay up to there full potential. This is what they do to customers when Ms. BB is out of state. I’ve never had this happen when she was there and from this point on Ms.BB will be the only one in my head.

I will never recommend anyone to go there. I went almost 2 weeks ago for kinky twists, the same day one of my twists came out. Also three more has slipped out a couple days ago. It has not even been a month and my hair looks like I done had them in for a month or two. I have more twists that is sliding down and are super loose. This is not acceptable for $180. I am so disappointed

Never again. I will not continue to let businesses take my money and give me lack luster customer service or for services I specifically ask for. I see perfectly fine and what I saw on my head wasn't cutting it. Stylist did style totally opposite of style I showed her picture of. Braiding skills were not executed well.

The ladies in Bebe's are the truth. They braided my daughters and mine within 4 1/2 hours at the same time. We both received small box braids.

The only thing I didn't like was the shop was to cluttered and the bathroom was unsanitary they even made me blow dry my own hair 😒 like what hairstylist does that their attitudes was horrible but aleast my hair turned out nice I was afraid about that part

Up until today I receive good customer services!! Bebe wasn't there and the ppl there now has horrible customer service. Cant let everybody run your shop. The lady told me she dont do 2 feeder braids??? TF Didnt want her hands im my Head anyways. Been going here for years wont go anymore

Very unprofessional! I asked to have micro twist done on my two daughters & they gave me a price for $180 each. When I went to picked my girls up they had did short kinky twists instead of micro twists & still charged my $180 for each child. My daughters hate their hair & so do I. I spoke with the lady while there & told her this not what I wanted and she replied and said I’m sorry we can’t do nothing about that. I wouldn’t refer anyone to them!! Terrible customer service

Went in Monday morning for box braids with colored ends I'm natural with shoulder length hair and she had me out that chair in 4hrs and hair is beautiful! I go there often it's the first time this stylus did my hair and I swear her and bebe are the best hate I didn't get her name

my braids continuously keeps falling out .. this is the second one .. i’ve went to them twice (this being my second time) they’ve never did my hair this horrible before . and my hair hasn’t been did for more than two months .. i got it did in november & it’s just december 4 .. not a happy customer ..keeps pulling my real hair out with the braid
