I had such a wonderful experience for my first facial! A friend of mine gave me a gift card and I am so grateful for the new connection! When you walk in, the energy of the space is so calming and I was even offered some delicious tea while I waited for my appointment. Pam did such a wonderful job for the facial, my skin has never seen such delicate and thoughtful care; it is clear she has extensive knowledge about skincare and it was nice trusting someone to work with my sensitive skin. It was a very relaxing experience and afterwards my skin was glowing and feeling healthy and refreshed. She even gave me some tips for my daily skin care routine! I highly recommend coming to see Pam to treat yourself or even gift someone a session.

Elysian is a cozy & beautiful but modern spa and my aesthetician, Pam, was amazing. I get facials regularly but this one was on another level. My skin looks so fresh, clean and dewy (at 60!) and incredibly relaxing 1.5 hours. If I wasn’t visiting from up north this would definitely be my regular spa destination. Will definitely be back again next spring!

Had the absolute best experience with Pamela! I had the a wonderful customized facial where she explained each step to me. She reviewed my current products with me and gave recommendations to improve my skin based on my goals. Her recommendations consisted of over the counter products and specialized products. Never once did I feel pressured or did she make me feel bad for the products I was currently using. Such a relaxing and comfortable experience, I’m excited to continue my skincare journey with Pamela!

I have recently had the Exosome facial and absolutely loved it and will be getting another. The facial helped with the unwanted lines in my forehead and around my mouth. They do not look as pronounced and my skin looks smoother. The facial has a pre and post treatment regiment that I added to my routine in the morning when I cleanse my face. Definitely recommend! Pam does an excellent job. I have had several services and am never disappointed

Pam is wonderful and so talented at her craft! I didn't want to spend a fortune on fake lashes (and I just don't have time for the sessions and the touch-ups every 2-3 weeks), so I booked a lash lift and tint with Pam. I LOVED the result! It is exactly the naturally glamorous look I was going for. Her office was also extremely comfortable and beautiful. I highly recommend Pam and Beauty Secret Esthetics!

I received the best facial ever. I live in New York where you are suppose to have the best of everything and never received the care that I received by her. So knowledgeable caring and gives you great advise - not out there just pushing her products. Teaches you slowly and step by step what you need. Recommend highly. I went to BSE as a referral and can say I had low expectations. What can a visit actually do? I have had years of skin ravaged by the effects of chemo and hormone loss that I thought was irreversible. So, went I got off the table, I cried!!! I looked so young, supple and healthy that I couldn't stop looking at myself. I am now a believer and going to make this part of my selfcare. Pam Cihlar is definitely top in her field. I can go to no one else!

Pam gave the most amazing facial and has primo skin products!!! Go see this girl if you want to glow!!! 4-9-23 I have seen Pam a few more times since my original post and I have the PRX treatment and my skin glows just after the first treatment!! The lines and wrinkles are barely noticeable. Going back in for more!!

Honestly, this review is long over due and I don't even know where to begin except that Pam is absolutely amazing. My first appointment consisted of a custom facial which was nothing short of amazing. The whole process was so relaxing and calming and it left my face glowing like I've never seen it do before! I ended up learning about the acne scar treatment she offers and I decided to give it a try. I hate to admit it but I didn't know how to properly take care of my face in Middle/High School and it left me with acne scars and hating the appearance of my face. I did a 4 week treatment with Pam and I was definitely nervous about it all. Pam was so kind and caring and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the process. She answered all my questions and helped me learn how to properly care for my skin. She even gave me skincare product and makeup recommendations as well as a list of all the things that can negatively affect my skin and cause acne. Following the 4 week acne scar treatment, I am at a loss for words. My skin has never looked so clear and I couldn't be happier. She gave me the skin I dreamed of having but never thought possible, especially with my college student budget. If I could rate her way more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat!

Pam is amazing. I’ve suffered with hormonal acne my whole life. After moving to FL it flared up. Pam has worked with me to calm it down and get my skin looking amazing. Each facial has been custom to what my skin needs. She’s reasonably priced and has helped with environmental factors that could be causing flare ups as well.
