Customer service at this place can be inconsistent. On several occasions, I’ve requested a basic service, only to realize later that they had started on a more expensive option without my approval. The first time, I brushed it off as a miscommunication, but after it happened again, it started to feel deliberate. They also frequently add extra charges without explanation. For context, I’m aware they charge for extras like gel removal, cuticle cutting, or calculus removal, so I always ask for the price upfront to avoid surprises. Yet, every time I get to the register, the total is somehow higher than expected. In the moment, it doesn’t seem worth making a fuss over a few extra dollars, but after this happening repeatedly, it’s become frustrating. I’ve continued going there because it’s conveniently close to where I live, and it’s rarely busy. However, after my most recent visit, I feel really disappointed and feel the need to warn others.

Went to Beauty nails for dip nails and pedi on Mother’s Day and Mary was awesome! Love my ombré dip and her shoulder massage was icing on the cake after the mani! Will be back❣️

Nice staff but their techs do not have knowledge or skill to do nail fills but charge too dollars. Tried 3 times and each time techs are inexperienced.

Dennis did an amazing job filling my Gel-X nails. They are not bulky and look very natural. Dennis is a great at producing what the customer asks for. I for one am very happy with the final product.

Everyone is very nice, professional and honest. I left an envelope with 100 cash and they saved for me. Sarah is the best ! Linda gives a great massage and Lee found my money. Thank you all! This shop is also clean as a whistle!!

Horrible place will never come back and expensive, I got a 3rd degree burn in both eyelids, I got my eyes burn with the wax I came back a day after and the lady was rude, I had to pay out of pocket for the medical bill when I ask about the license number for the place the owner got very mad and told me she is not obligated to give me that info. Please don’t go to this unprofessional place.

I had an appointment, asked for acrylics pink and white. They said dip would be better. Dip is unsanitary in my opinion, but I agreed to do them cause they said it would be easier. They used all used files, gross. Everyone should get a new file when you're working on natural nails to start. The technician worked so fast, I felt like it was all way too rushed. I asked for a simple design that could be done with a dotting tool, instead it was done freehand and didn't really turn out at all how I wanted. She did try, so I'll give her that. It looks like the wish version of mickey mouse. I thought my nails looked good until further inspection. They're so lumpy, there's no apex to any of my nails, they're super flat, my cuticles (which they charged me extra to trim, look pretty dry and crusty). I'm just unhappy. I don't treat myself very often and the one time I did, I didn't get what I wanted and was charged 73 dollars for trash. I won't be back and I can't recommend it to anybody. They were friendly and accommodating, but the service was not in any sense worth the cost.

Quite disappointed with first mail solon I tried in USA. There are only a few glitter dip colours , girls are in a rush for next customer , I have to clean up the messes around the hand nails. No hand cream or message for my hand as per $42 manicure advertised. Extra $7 for removing heel skin for pedicure, extra $5 for 3 colours , remove hard skins are all inclusive and 3 colours are inclusive in most nails salons in Uk. The boss asked me any tips x 2 people. Not for the service I received. My hands are very dry after the manicure, total $82 and it is too commercial in USA. A bit rip off and people are forced to pay tips sometimes.

This picture was taken 2 days after I got them done. This was $60. Not really worth it in my opinion. I asked for dip with chrome powder on top. She ended up doing gel and I was still charged for dip. The gel is thick. Will not be going back.

Best nail salon in orange orange county!! I’ve been to many nail salons and this one is by far my favorite! I came in right before they were closing and wasn’t sure what color I wanted and they were so patient and kind to me. Kathy stayed 45 min after closing time just to make sure my nails were perfect! I came in with a little less than an hour before closing, and even though they were very busy, I was helped right away. Chi did a great job with my pedicure and Mary gave me a beautiful regular manicure, both in about 30 minutes. I will definitely be returning!

Linh did a great job on my nails and was so careful to treat me with gentle care. Some nail people have hurt me but Linh was fantastic. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I plan to make this my new regular nail salon. Great job!

My first time here today and I had a great experience. I did the signature beauty combo and it was so relaxing. They even massaged my neck and shoulders which was wonderful. I don’t do nail polish, so I can’t comment on that part. I will definitely be going back!

Salon is clean. I felt safe going in, Vivian and Chi were both wearing masks. They are very nice and did a great job! I definitely recommend this salon. 👍
