I had been a regular customer for this salon since inception, i get Hair Cut, Color and Beard trim services done on regular 2-3 week basis. Their Staff's Professionalism, dedication, and devotion to taking care of Customers is truly Impeccable. Best Service and Best Price in Lynchburg Area, I strongly recommended them and hence giving them 5 stars.

Very unclean, floor, combs, scissors and seat covers. Visible hair and clumps of product on everything. The haircut I got is not as requested and looks horrible. It is actually not symmetrical either despite me telling them that I have a middle part. They gave me FOUR inches of jaw length bangs on the right and ONE inch of jaw length bang on the left. My one request was "please nothing jaw length, I hate the way it looks" and they gave all jaw length stating "well she has them by her eyes and they make her nuts being in her face all the time". Except, this is MY hair and my choice. They also blowdryed my hair BEFORE adding heat protectant and shampooed my long hair in circles with a lot of friction making it tangled. I wanted layers only in the bottom inch so it was not puffy, but what I got is layers all the way up above my ears all around. It feels like they didn't listen and did not care. I spent almost 100 dollars on an anxiety inducing experience in order to get a karenesque mullet that cannot be styled in a flattering way. Please run. Hair cuttery is better than this and for much less cost and is actually clean.

I really was happy with my experience at this salon, the wonderful Stylist Dee was friendly and did a great job with my cut. I will be making this my regular stylist and will never go anywhere else. Thanks so much to all the staff and especially my Stylist Dee for all your hard work.
