The staff is so nice and inviting, and have been very accomodating when it comes to scheduling appointments. Trish is great at listening to what you want and offering suggestions that really work. I always feel great when I leave. And when I had to, at the last minute, bring my 4 year old along, she made him feel right at home too, offering snacks, a comfy seat, and a hair cut for his stuffie! Amazing!

Alexa has been doing my highlights for a while now and I can honestly say every time I leave I get EXACTLY what I was looking for. She along with everyone else is so welcoming, I’ve had my hair cut and blown out by a few other stylists there and you can’t go wrong! I recommend this place to everyone I know looking for a new hair home and am so glad I found them.

I have been going to Beauty Lounge for over 10 years. I highly recommend this salon. I personally go to Alexa for highlights, haircut etc. But have also been to Joanne many times. Recently Amanda did my makeup for a wedding, she did a fantastic job. Not only does this salon provide amazing hair services but now also makeup upon other beauty treatments. Highly reccomend paying them a visit!

I really enjoy going to Beauty Lounge of Rockland. The place is super clean. The people there are very warm and welcoming. Ray is a master at cutting my hair and I have never left disappointed. If you’re looking for a new place for your hair needs I highly recommend Beauty Lounge.

Joanne has been doing my hair for years. She's excellent at what she does. Especially when working with highlights and lowlights on my hair. She moved to Rockland from Croton on Hudson (where I live) and I'm willing to travel over the bridge now just to have her do my hair!

No more treks to Manhattan and Brooklyn for those “ special Brazilian Blowouts “ ,razor cuts, specialized colors, Top Quality products used on customers and sold in the remodeled, tasty warm shop are just a few of the “norms” here! I have been to the “ Red door” and tried several hot name stylists in my search for quality, and some one to listen to what I wanted on my head! In the city I got fancy high prices and ( direct quote, I swear) “Don’t worry •••• you’ll love it “ in a beautiful Italian accent. I did not love it. I did find two stylists in Rockland many years ago ( Bill Hamburger and Ray Krauter) who have been worth following, and many,many people are on this wonderful journey with me. When Joanne took over this business she transformed a relic from the past into the positive, progressive lovingly staffed business you’ll be forever grateful you’ve discovered!!!!!!! PLEASE COME MEET THE EAGER YOUNG APPRENTICE’S JOANNE MENTORS!!! Their eager to help,learn, and are smart and adorable 🥰 I have seen a qammit of ages, nationalities, hairstyles, events for groups, it’s amazing, and NEVER FELT NEGLECTED OR RUSHED REGARDLESS OF WHATS GOING ON IN THIS CLEAN, WELL ORGANIZED SHOP! KUDOS TO JOANNE AND HER ENTIRE STAFF !!! I recently visited Beauty Lounge Hair Salon, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Joan, the owner and talented hairdresser, was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions . The haircut I received was perfect – it's one of those styles that looks great even without any styling! It's low maintenance, yet stylish, and I’ve received so many compliments. Joan truly knows her craft, and I left feeling refreshed and confident. I highly recommend Beauty Lounge for anyone looking for a great cut in a welcoming and professional environment.

I had an amazing experience with Trish. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to what I wanted while also offering expert advice to make sure the style and color would complement my look. I absolutely love my haircut and highlights! Trish was so friendly and easy to talk to. The entire appointment felt relaxed and enjoyable, like catching up with an old friend. I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed.

I started going here after I moved to the area and it was recommended to me by someone I know. This place is great! Truthfully, my hair has never looked better! The women are all really nice, friendly, and welcoming. Alexa, the stylist, is also great at what she does and great with blonde hair. I will definitely continue to go back! Highly recommend!

Loved my experience at Beauty Lounge! Joanne met with me before my appointment to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. The shop and staff were very welcoming - good vibe. I was so happy with the color and I have never had a better cut!
