As soon as you walk into the space, you know you're in good hands. The aesthetic is warm and full of life. Melanie claims that her Biomat does half the work (and it is a lovely feature), but don't be fooled by her humility, she is quite talented. Regardless of your familiarity with Energy Work, she communicates what she's doing in a very digestible way, and you will leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and happy. Exceptional experience, five stars.

I recently saw Melanie for an energy healing session in the middle of the holidays, and it was exactly what I needed to slow down and take time for me. The BHC studio space is warm and inviting, Melanie is intuitive and experienced, and I left feeling relaxed and restored. Melanie was knowledgeable and kind enough to share some tips with me for protecting my own energy (necessary around the holidays!). And energy healing sessions can be booked as a standalone service, or as an add-on to other services, which I also definitely recommend! I've been a long time client of Melanie's and appreciate the services she offers for a holistic approach to beauty and wellness. 💚

Melanie is an absolute magician! I’ve been seeing her for waxing for a few years now & couldn’t be more pleased. She now offers energy work which I have to say has been honestly life changing. After having a solid week of non stop anxiety & panic attacks, one session of energy work had me feeling completely anxiety free & able to sleep through the night. My experience at this place has been phenomenal since it's opening. The technician is super knowledgable, professional, quick, and fun to talk to. The wax she uses is like hypoallergenic or something because my ingrown hair issue is practically nonexistent. I love how she has helpful products that you can use at home that she doesn't try to push on you because they're actually set out to help. The little space is super cute and the vibe is super chill. I would totally recommend this spot for anyone looking for a new person to provide these services, anyone who is a scaredy-cat like me who is really bad with all forms of pain, or even just a person who is new to waxing in general.
