I put off taking care of my skin for a long time. I was nervous going in there but when I was greeted at the door by their therapy dog, I knew I was in good hands!!! I was made to feel very welcome throughout my visit. The injections I got did not hurt at all either…I’m excited to continue my skin journey at Beauty and Grace!!!

Amy is wonderful! This was my first experience with any type of cosmetic procedure, and I’m so happy I went to Beauty and Grace! Amy was incredibly kind and welcoming. She explained everything to me in a way that I understood. I am incredibly happy with my results, and I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Amy messed up on my face and got mad at me about that. She put filler down on the bone under my eyes and I hated the result. She promised it would look amazing and it did not. It did not adress my concerns. Amy admited she " could not see what i was taling about" and just "corrected " what she felt was an issue. Anyways she very reluctantly disolved this but was visibly angry i did not like it. (Its my face, my rules...) I now have a lump under my right eye. Thats what i wanted adressed. That was not there before i had work. Rather then being apologetic when I was initially upset or actually fixing the issue. She had an inturn in the office while she verbaly attacted me and told me i was wrong and dident know what i was talking about. She then told me to go some place else "I'm not the person for you!". She also threw in my face that she had dissolved filler I did not like from someone else (that she actually did a good job with making it even, thats why i ever trusted her in the first place). I payed 300 for that so it was something I payed for. My "eye filler" was over 600. Not even where I wanted it ( i was taling about outer eye area) Im pretty sure ignoring someones concenrs and berateing them is classifyed as extreamly unprofessional. Please go to someone else more skilled and with better bed side manor. She then sent me a very hateful letter to my email berating me again over leaving a negative review. After i unsubed from her news letters i was resubscribed and send another. This is harrasement. I want nothing more to do with amy or her staff and i would appreciate being left alone.

I've been seeing Amy for 2 years. I’m very happy with my experiences and the quality of service I receive. At my last appointment I was close to 30 minutes late due to State Fair traffic and Amy kept her office open after closing time to wait for me! I drive 1.5 hours to see Amy because she's the best!

It’s always such a fun day when I go see the girls at Beauty and Grace. Amy is so knowledgeable, professional with exceptional neurotoxin skills. My skin truly looks better now than in my 30s. I’ve been seeing Amy for cosmetic injectables for 5+ years & still get giddy with excitement each time I am fortunate enough to sit in her chair! She is professional, patient, caring and extremely knowledgeable. She always listens to my concerns & works with me to address the areas in which I’d like to “refresh!” I feel like a better version of myself each time I leave her office! I had an appt today with Amy that took approximately 1 hour. Amy was as punctual and welcoming as ever. The skills and professionalism Amy exudes is beyond 5 stars. Amy, Roz and Taryn are all caring, sincere and professional. I just had a bit done today to enhance my facial features. Typically, I don't expect immediate results. I was surprised to see the enhancements clearly visible right away. Amy was patient and precise as always. I will never have anybody else help me with my aesthetic concerns. I've been fortunate to have met the best!

I just saw Amy on Friday for lip filler. I’ve been going to her for several years. She takes her time and listens to what my concerns are. She explains every step of the way what she is doing and when it comes to selecting which product to use she explains how the products are different and why she would choose a product based off of what we are trying to achieve. I think her nursing background brings so much value and separates her from other injectors. She loves what she does and it shows through. I feel very lucky to be one of her patients.

I had such a great experience getting Botox with Amy. She asked me about my goals and exceeded them! My face still has natural movement but my fine lines are GONE. She is VERY knowledgeable about what she does and I love that she is an NP who has been doing this for almost 10 years. I can’t wait for my next treatment! UPDATE! I also just got a facial with dermaplane and eyebrow tinting with Tayrn and my skin has never looked better. I loved how my eyebrows looked all during my vacation in Florida! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
