Wonderful experience from start to finish, communication is key, and she nailed it. From explaining how my locs will transform and time periods. Definitely recommend, more then just a service she provides, it’s a whole experience!

I can't emphasize enough how wonderful my first nail appointment with Sasha was! She immediately made me feel at ease, showed me how every tool in her arsenal is sterilized (that was a concern with my last nail tech), and was meticulous - and so friendly and upbeat. Not only is she pure adrenaline and joy, but 2.5 weeks later my gel manicure has NO chips or cracks, and the color is just as vibrant as it was the day it was applied. Sasha is the best! Kim did such an incredible work on my detox and retwist for my locs. The attention to detail she has to be able to care for my hair is 120%! Also, she ensures the atmosphere for her clients are comfortable, and is willing to take an extra step! Any and all people looking to get their crown managed should go to Kim👑! I traveled from Montana based on the recommendation from a family member. My locs had not been properly maintained in a good long while. The service I received was astounding! Miss Kim is not only knowledgeable, patient and professional, she's a MIRACLE Worker! When I left her shop, l looked and felt 10+ years younger than my 70!!!! Do yourself a favor; Miss Kim is definitely on TOP of her game, and the price is right! Your hair will love you for it!!!!

I was hoping to locate a professional in Crawfordsville who could begin my micro locs. I found it to be quite difficult. After much searching, I located Kim on Styleseat, and we promptly set up an appointment. Almost instantly, she sent me a text message introducing herself and asking what I needed. She exhibited extraordinary patience and responsiveness. In this salon, I got my hair micro locked. She did a fantastic job on my hair and was very thorough in her explanations of the process. She has a customer for life despite the fact that I have to drive 40 minutes to see her.

If you need Locs done, Kim’s the one. I absolutely love my hair. She is efficient, pays attention to your scalp needs, and is a vendor so she has the best products for your Locs! Absolutely recommended!!!

Just left the shop with my personal stylist Kim! Go ahead and ask me if I am satisfied. My reply is a resounding YES! Found Kim on Instagram ( couldn't believe all the 5 star ratings) but it's true! My hair is feeling a lot healthier already. She is professional and cares about what the client wants. I will be returning. Such a marvelous thing when the client gets what they want....

Kim is a TOP PRO on Style Seat for a reason as she was the choice stylist for my first loc experience! Trying something new can cause hesitations and worry but since the first connection, Kim was completely awesome! She was readily available for response for all questions I had and was a complete professional. Once in the chair, she had movies available and also provided a fun and entertaining vibe in her shop. Even when I was in the chair she provided answers to all my questions and everyone in the shop was super engaging and funny. Looking forward to the next time I’m in Beauty First Impressions Beauty Salon!

Kim is very professional and does a great job! She asks questions during the styling process to be sure that my expectations are met. The salon atmosphere is very relaxed and inviting. I travel about 50 miles for each appointment, but I have been very satisfied with the service I receive!
