Today was my very first experience at a Hair Bar! I. Loved. It. Seriously so relaxing and my hair and scalp feel so good. Krissy was so sweet and I felt very comfortable. I will be back!

Here are the before and after pictures. Absolutely amazing. My friend and I had Krissy and Heather. One did our head/scalp, and one did our facial, neck, and shoulders. We were offered a warm eye mask and were talked to so calmly and had every product explained (which they offered to do for us if we wanted to know) and told us what the benefits were and what it would do for us. Very relaxing, and so gentle. We both fell asleep for a second. My head felt so incredibly clean the next day even into the 3rd day. The cooling scalp scrub was heavenly. I just can't get over it.

I don’t usually write reviews, but since I have been asked a couple times after my visit I guess I can share my experience… I honestly I left feeling like I completely wasted $420(paid for two scalp spa sessions). I should’ve left relaxed and instead I felt very self conscious. I was first told my hair is thinning in a spot (she thinks, because she has never seen me before), which I respect because if she has seen it before I respect the input. But then she asked if I recently had a baby. Then proceeds to state it could be postpartum. I have not had a baby and to be asked that right before I'm about to swipe my card for payment was very hurtful. My mom felt like the woman who was doing her session didn't know what she was doing and did not really enjoy her experience. This was my first head spa experience and probably my last. Sadly, it affected me that bad. When I got into the car I broke down in tears to my mom, questioning if my hair looked like it was thinning then later told her about the baby/postpartum comments. I truly regret wasting my money but it was a learning experience. I wish I would’ve had the self possession in the moment to tell her how hurtful it was and ask for a partial refund.

I received a 80 minute scalp spa treatment for my birthday and it was amazing!!!! The environment was relaxing, she was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable, and the bed was even heated. I have shared her website link with many since seeing her and recommend it to nearly anyone who will listen. I will absolutely be coming back!

Such a relaxing and enjoyable experience, I'll definitely return. The ambience was peaceful and calm. Krissy was friendly and knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable immediately. The table and blankets were warm and cozy. Seeing the state of my scalp before the treatment was so interesting - and a little horrifying! LOL I loved the entire experience, every product smelled and felt wonderful. Seeing the results again on camera afterwards was very cool - what a difference one treatment can make. The perfect way to pamper yourself, recharge, and take care of your scalp. Five stars!

If you’re thinking about doing this to treat yourself, do it! Krissy was phenomenal and so kind. Well worth it! Make the appointment, you will not leave disappointed. I was so relaxed, better than a massage or a facial.

My wife and I booked a couples head spa with Krissy and it was a great experience. Krissy did a great job making sure we were relaxed and comfortable and the massage was great. It was the first time my wife and I tried a head massage and we will definitely return back with Krissy. I would recommend her service.

Scalp spa was amazing! Never have felt so relaxed during a service. Will definitely be back for more. I also had lash extension service which was great. Tried the wet look and I loved how they turned out. Later after lash removal, I had a lash lift and tint. Unfortunately, I had a bad reaction, which was no fault to Krissy. I am just very sensitive to some chemicals. Krissy went above and beyond and refunded my service due to the bad reaction I had, which I did not expect, but very much appreciated. Would def recommend Krissy for any and all the services she offers.

I had the most amazing experience with Krissy. Her spa area was so beautiful, and beyond relaxing. The heated table and eye masks almost put me to sleep. She was so thorough with her scalp assessment and my treatment. When Krissy magnified my scalp before my session, I wanted to cry/vomit. I had NO idea my scalp had so much junk in it. No wonder I was so itchy!! But now my hair feels light, my scalp is clean, and I’m not itchy at all. I can’t wait to go back, because this will now be a regular part of my self care routine!!! Love love love!!

Had the best time! I went in with some expectations after seeing head spas on tik tok and was not disappointed. It was better than I hoped for! Krissy is super sweet and her spa room is really cute and cozy. 10/10 recommend going to Krissy if you're interested in the head spa experience.

I got the 90 minute deluxe head spa and it was incredible. I have never felt so pampered and my hair has never felt as healthy as it did after the treatment. Krissy is amazing at her job and so knowledgeable with hair & scalp care. 10/10, highly recommend.

My friend and I booked the Spa Party package during a weekend getaway. We both wished we lived closer and could come back! We picked the 1 hour option where we each received 30 min of the head spa and 30 min of a facial. Both felt amazing and it was so relaxing! The products they used were such good quality and both knew what they were doing; true professionals! We opted for the add on of getting our hair styled after so we could easily go out to dinner and it looked great! If I’m ever in the Grand Rapids area again, I know who I’m calling!!

I received a gift card from a friend for a Relaxation Scalp Session with Krissy! I highly recommend. The studio is very sleek and Krissy was so polite and professional. The service itself was phenomenal but my favorite was the scalp analysis. Seeing my scalp that close up was very cool and informative.

Krissy was absolutely amazing!! I felt completely welcomed and at ease in a friendly, clean and professional atmosphere. The scalp treatment felt soooo gooood and was super relaxing.My hair was so moisturized and soft. Honestly who doesn’t love to hair their hair messed with and a scalp massage?I would love do this every week if I could lol! I definitely recommend you trying at least once. This was the best birthday present ever!!
