Chona provides very meticulous and exceptional work! She is very talented in what she does and is also helpful with informing on best practices and products to achieve beautiful skin. I booked many services with her from eyebrow lamination, to eyelash lamination, and most recently her signature sculpting and lifting facial! 100/10 would recommend. It was such a luxurious experience with instant results! It was such a treat, looking forward to receiving more facials by Chona!

I had a microblading done by Chona last May 2024. It was my first time so I am very scared. But she made me feel so comfortable and very at ease. She is super kind and all things nice answering all my questions!!! I must say she did an excellent job! My brows now have natural-looking strokes and well-defined arches. I sooo love it!! I highly recommend Beauty by Chona! She can do all magic and happiness with her golden hands!!!❤️

Beauty By Chona is by far the best places I go to for my skin. I’ve been going to Ms. Chona non-stop these past couple of years and I’m so glad to say how much my skin has improved since then. Chona is an expert at what she does! During my first facial with her (first facial ever) she took the time to ask me about my skin goals, what I’d like to achieve, and what products I use. She also recommended products she thought would be good for what I’m trying to achieve/problem areas AND she even looked at the Ingredients of products I’m currently using. Disgusting !!! I missed one apoinment tried to contact to let her know about , but couldn’t get in contact with her I made another appointment and she didn’t show up . I called another number that was provided in the mail and when I spoke with Chona she was rude , disrespectful and just horrible with me .. I mean what kind of profesional are you .. things happen, you paid back , you didn’t have to be so disgusting about it 🤮

I recently had the BBC Signature Facial at the Beauty by Chona Spa, and overall, it was an excellent experience. The spa's ambiance was calming, inviting, and cozy. Soft lighting, soothing music, and a clean, elegant décor made me feel relaxed the moment I walked in. Chona was friendly and professional, and addressed my skin concerns. The facial consisted of cleansing, and a series of treatments leaving my skin feeling smooth and refreshed, with a radiant glow that I’ve never had before! Chona explained each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. Her massage techniques during the facial were both relaxing and rejuvenating. She inquired about my skin care products, and provided useful skincare tips. Initially, I thought the facial was highly priced, but given the quality of service and noticeable results, I felt it was good value for the money. After the facial, my skin looked noticeably brighter and polished, and felt much more hydrated. I would highly recommend the BBC Signature Facial to anyone looking to revitalize their skin. The combination of effective treatment and a relaxing environment made it a worthwhile experience. I will definitely return for future facials at Beauty by Chona.

Had a great and relaxing experience with Chona in her spa. She is knowledgeable in what she does and she cares for her clients by the way she does her facial. She listens to your concerns but also suggest what treatment is best for your skin that day. You don't feel rush-she takes her time. Products that she use are top notch-medical grade. Had my brows waxed and tinted. Chona was very friendly and gentle throughout the whole process. Very knowledgeable and informed me on how the process might affect my skin since I have eczema. She made sure to let me see what she planned to do before waxing, and showed me how they looked at each step of the waxing and tinting to make sure I liked it. Highly recommend!!

I usually don't leave reviews but I had to share my amazing experience! Chona was very sweet, professional and very thorough in the treatments i received. I received a deep stimulating buccal massage and the manual face countering that removes toxins and excess water from the the face. I gotta say my results were stunning. From full rounded face to v-shaped sharp chiseled jawline instantly! I also received the fibroblasts plasma treatment. Also very thorough and gentle in that treatment.She was very informative on the procedure gave me detailed instructions on post treatment care. I'm only on one day post fiber blast treatment and already starting to heal. She's amazing! I highly recommend Chona!

Chona did an awesome job in covering my old eyebrow tattoo. Considering my so low pain tolerance, her hands were so gentle that I was dozing off during the procedure. Her clinic is very clean and I have observed how meticulous she is in sanitizing her supplies and equipments. I so love my new eyebrows. It’s worth every penny❤️❤️❤️

I had a facial and eyebrow henna treatment by Chona. She listened to my questions carefully and explained the differences, risks, and benefits. She went above and beyond and gave me general recommendations on skin care and products. She is very personable (good conversation, made me feel at ease, and we had good laughs) and is very knowledgeable in many areas as this is her passion, in addition to being a nurse. The only complaint is that she was late (but she more than made up for it with the time she spent with me after the procedure).

I love my lip blush from Chona so much. Chona took time to go over color theory and mix colors to find a shade that I would love. I was going for a very natural and nude color and Chona ended up lip blushing to exactly what I wanted. She was gentle and light-handed, meticulous about shapes with me, and asked for my thoughts. I know everyone’s pain experiences are different, but it did not hurt much at all - uncomfortable at most. Chona checked on me often about if I was experiencing pain or not. The attached photos are the lips right after the procedure (day 1) and how they faded in a week (7 days healed). They looked cute either way! Overall, I love the results so much. Learned more beauty tips from Chona as well :) She is amazing!
