Had a terrible experience with this salon. I booked a dry hair styling and makeup session with a mani/pedi online through their website two weeks before my important evening event. Got an email saying my appointment was received/being reviewed, and I'd receive a follow-up confirmation. After four days with no confirmation, I called and got an unprofessional response. Answering the phone wearily "Hello?" (odd for a business), the staff member said they had no access to the booking system(?), but that they'd somehow check it and call me back to confirm. Never did. I tried reaching out again multiple times, including another voicemail and a text, but received zero replies. After 5 whole days of waiting and no returned calls, I ultimately canceled my appointment to avoid charges (credit card required to book). Now I’m scrambling to find another provider for my event, having lost a full week to this one's inability to even confirm my booking. Imagine if I'd have tried to show up for my appointment, hours before my event! The whole experience was frustrating, unreliable and unprofessional—avoid if you want an actual confirmed service to depend on.

I flew from Oklahoma City to attend a wedding in San Clemente on 6/2/23, and booked a makeup application and hairstyle appointment. I could not have been more pleased with everything, from the two amazing ladies who did my hair and makeup to the sparkly clean salon and ease of booking and checkout. I was so impressed and so pleased with my results. I wished I lived here so I could take makeup lessons! I very highly recommend this business!

I give Mara a 10 star rating. I love my lashes. I drive far just to have my lashes done by Mara. She’s reliable, responsible, and reasonable She goes above and beyond for all her clients. Thank you also to Mojan the owner of the salon has done a great job even during Covid Thank you Siri for my hair and Mimi. You rock for a pedicure and manicure.

I went for a hair style and wash. The wash was find but the hair style on my pixie hair was bad I looked like I got electrocuted, it was so bad and ugly. I will not go back.

I got a facial microdermabrasion hydro facial from lupe and my skin feels great and My skin feels very hydrate and she is vert expert in facial. I will definitely recommend her and cant wait for my next appointment.

I love this salon! It is beautifully decorated and they pamper you as you walk in. Mara does a great job with my eyelash extensions and I have also used their blow dry service a couple of times. I highly recommend you visit them.

Mara is the best eyelash extension technician I have found in Orange County. She is professional, meticulous and always does a very high quality job. I get lots of compliments, as a result of her work. The owner of Beauty Break is very accommodating and goes out of her way to provide a positive experience for all clientele. If you are looking for a quality result, I would recommend Beauty Break.

Vida is amazing. I stumbled upon her about 6 months ago and she does such an amazing job at threading I will not go to anyone else ever again. I love how detailed she is and her shaping is absolutely perfect. I have referred friends to her and they won’t go anywhere else as well, she’s that great. AND she is the sweetest And so kind. I called to make appointment and was told hair cuts are $45 to $65. I have short hair that just needed a trim. The owner cut my hair, no shampoo needed, quick blow dry. She charged me $85!!! I asked if this was correct and she repeated $85. I paid with no tip and left never to return. I’m not even happy with the cut!, $85! Can you believe it?

Was in town for a wedding. Needed a last minute eyelash fill and this salon definitely delivered! Was able to make a appointment very quickly, reasonable pricing, and my lashes looked amazing! Everyone was very nice and the salon was so clean! Would definitely recommend!

❌️❌️❌️Horrible service and worst experience. Stylist scalded my scalp and burned my hair and totally messed up my hair. and I paid $400 for that !!!! When I went back to fix my hair Stylist wanted to charge me more!!!. She was so aggressive and Rude, she cursed me in the salon and other clients were upset, Mojan is the owner she was lying to me that she would refund my money but she blocked my number and my Instagram account !!!! she is unreliable and unprofessional. if you respect yourself and care about your hair and body DON'T GO THIS PLACE ❌️❌️❌️

Im a regular customer at beauty break salon even though I live 40 minutes from this salon but I have been very satisfied with their customer service , last 2 times I came I got facial from Lupe and I have to say it was one of the best facials I have ever received so far , Lupe helped my skin to get better and I barely break outs anymore and my skin feels supper soft and hydrate. I would definitely recommend her for facial and I’m looking forward to seeing her for my next facial appointment

Lupe is just wonderful. Very easy to book appointments. Confirmations and reminders also sent. She really tries to understand individual skin concerns and tailor makes a facial/treatment best suited. My skin has improved a lot since seeing her and I am very thankful.
