I was told by "Anna", a nail tech that if I made an appointment she could do my did manicure while her sister, Mai, did my pedicure. Well, it did not work that way at all. I arrived for my appointment, and Mai began my pedicure, but "Anna" worked the the entire time on other customers. My pedicure lasted an extra long time while while "Anna" continued working on other customers' fingernails. Making an appointment saved me no time at all. There are also cleanliness issues . While doing my nails, "Anna" trimmed my cuticles with pair of communal trimmers and refused to answer when I asked if they had been cleaned. I will not be going back.

My nails look crooked for one & I got roses 🌹 in two different reds😡🤬& when you ask for a fill don’t expect it to be less than 40 on the dip 🤬🤬 My nails look so bad I want to cry 😢 Nothing offered to us on our 3 hour wait nor did I get a full job done correctly
