Rose is incredible! Everyone here is great but she’s definitely my go-to person now EDIT: I’m sorry to say that the quality of service has gone downhill since this review. In spite of requesting that they keep my eyebrows thick they have ruined my eyebrows, they are now very thin and the left one is much shorter than the right. Also missing a bunch of chunks from the force they use to remove the eyebrows… I now have to pencil in my eyebrows, they take really long to grow so this is disappointing. I agree with some of the other reviews—way too quick… I’ve been going here for over a year but will sadly not return. Changing from a five to one star.

I love this salon! They have reasonable prices and are always careful when doing my eyebrows. Ila is especially amazing and did a great job!

I drive across town to come here because my eyebrows take a long time to grow back so I don’t have time for mistakes. They do great work every time .

Please don’t go here. They rush and do your eyebrows in 3 minutes and ruin them. Since coming to this place my eyebrows have become 2 completely different looking eyebrows. There was a time where she took entirely too much off on the bottom of my left eyebrow which completely changed its shape. Then today was the last straw. She took a chunk out of my right eyebrow and left little sparse areas in my left eyebrow. Maybe if they slowed down to actually see what they’re doing I wouldn’t have chunks of my eyebrow missing. Never again.

The ladies at this location did a phenomenal job on my eyebrows! They take the time to make sure both brows match. They also give you advice on what to do if one is smaller than the other and point out what areas to let grow out. Highly recommend this location!

I've been visiting this place for two years without any issues, and everyone has always been friendly. Recently, though, there’s been a problem with a staff member named Rose. She always speaks to me very aggressively and previously asked my mom if she was pregnant, which was quite rude since my mom had told her no. Despite that, Rose continued to comment on how big her belly was, laughing and looking at her coworkers. I decided to overlook it and not leave a review, but today was the last straw. While I was paying with another staff member, Rose instructed her client to go ahead of me while I searched my bag for my card. When I looked up, she glared at me and asked aggressively if I was ready. I said yes, paid, and then she muttered something under her breath as her coworker laughed. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I believe Rose should not treat clients this way, and there needs to be someone who treats customers better. Because of her, I won't be returning.

This makes my second time coming here to get my eyebrows threaded and I love it! Rose always does the best. She also did my lash lift with tint this time too, It came out perfect!
