Not impressed. App would not let me schedule appointment bc i canceled twice in a year and i was told i had to prepay. First red flag. So i did a walk in. The hair cut was ok, but i expected to pay $25 but was billed $35. This included a trim and wash. No styling, no blow drying. I will not be going back. About a year ago i went in for highlights and paid $160 and i could barely see a difference. I told her i wanted bright Platinum blonde highlights but instead i got barely dirty blond unnoticeable ones. I’m not one to complain but i felt the need to write this review. From what I've seen going here for 5 years, it’s a lot of hype with few results. I’m gonna find a better place waste my money.

Booking online was so easy especially for an introvert who doesn’t want to have to call anyone. I was referred to Akia through a friend. I booked highlights/cut/style. It came out amazing. I had pictures of what I wanted and told her about my hair and what I’ve learned from the past. Akia is so friendly and talkative but at times she also just let me sit, relax and read my book. It was a perfect balance. It took about 4 hours but my hair usually takes about 5-6. Definitely coming here again.

I’ve been to Beautifi several times and had several different hair styles. From bangs to balayage. Every time I’ve gone , I’ve always loved each visit. Staff is friendly and appointments are easy to book.

Jazmine B did a fantastic job on my partial highlights. She was very informative on the process and recommendations to get the look we were going for. I loved how it turned out! Definitely going back for future appointments :)

Over a year ago, I went to another salon who made me lose hope in salon’s. I wanted a change & was recommended to come here & let me say, they changed my entire perspective! The girl who cut my hair did an amazing job & the girl who did my eyebrow was just as amazing! Most people don’t want to converse but they both made it feel like I was talking to a close friend! The entire salon smelled amazing btw especially in the wax rooms! I don’t know if it was the candle or the wax room but I would’ve fallen sleep on that table lol just overall amazing & affordable experience! If I could give more that 5 stars, I would! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a salon in Harlingen! Y’all just made a lifetime customer! 🤩

Worse experience ever in a salon, stylist took it upon herself to do whatever haircut she wanted and end up with a chopped hair cut and the worse part was the color, got a bleach bath which ended my hair with a wire like feel and look even after they put some type of special treatment, spent 7 hours at salon and an additional 3 hours the following day to try and make it a little decent to go out in public but the outcome was not any better, pictures will say it all, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, BTW I went in for blonde highlights, but ended up with ugliest solid color

I went in for a cut and got more then what I expected not only was the cut amazing the service was second to none the atmosphere was welcoming I had problems with my eyebrows and Yeini recomended microblading she showed me her idea and nailed it I'm so satisfied and thankful for her and the work she did I definitely recommend her for services!!!!!

Came in today and María L. was my stylist, she did an amazing job with my hair cut, highly recommend!! I love coming here, the atmosphere and stylists are all so nice as well!! Best place I been to for cuts and glam! They also do many more services!

Had a great time. It’s hard to find people who can cut curly hair but Natalie and Akia did a great job. I had a great experience just laughing and learning. Definitely recommend those two if you need a haircut.

I been with akia and yeni about 6yrs and I love that they always leave my hair healthy and not damaged..the prices are good and I always get a warm feeling from everyone else that works there I highly recommend them

I wanted something different so I decided to try this place out. I went with Gisellee and let me tell you. She did an amazing job. She did exactly what I wanted. I wanted my layers from the front a certain way, my bags a different way and the back of my hair another way. She did it all! I was so impressed. I got so many compliments on my hair! I loved it to much. The environment is also very friendly and relaxing. It is very clean inside and everyone is welcoming. Giselle is my new go to hair stylist! 🤍

I’ve been coming here for cuts for about 3 years, just cuts from a few different stylists who I think are still there. I’ve never dyed my hair and I wanted to gain trust from a salon/stylists before I did that, i am in absolute AWE of my hair. So many compliments in just a few days. Akia was wonderful and held such great conversation, and is beautiful 😭 I love this salon and I hope to have good experiences in the future still!!

Always go in for hair cuts but as time passed by I’m unhappy with their service. I request certain stylist and last minute always get someone else for some excuse they makeup. So obviously I can’t do anything other than just agree with who they gave me at the last minute. I used to go with Hannah who would cut n color my hair unfortunately she left a while back. Not impressed with the cuts I get really no difference after getting it done. I always ask for layers but it seems no one can do nice layers anymore. Prices for hair cut are decent but staff lately has been slacking off on their professionalism. So sad it was nice place to go to and now feels unwelcoming and not professional. I no longer go this establishment.

Went in for a trim and came out with my hair completely butchered! Had to seek help from a different stylist to salvage the situation (she attempted). Since my hairs grows slowly, it will be while before it recovers. I will definitely not endorse this establishment to anyone unless you're aiming for a disastrous outcome - in that case, you've found your spot! Completely let down! AVOID GETTING YOUR HAIR CUT HERE!

I've been here multiple times throughout the years and have never had a problem. Today I am appalled at the staff's callous attitude towards return clients and gaslighting to try and cover up their own lack of common sense. I booked a makeup for today on their website a week in advance. It was supposed to be with Hope (not that I care who does it) but she's no longer at the Harlingen location, and they did not have the common sense or decency to let me know this days before the appointment or just make the change on their own to someone else who was available days before the appointment. Instead, they call me a couple hours before the appointment followed by a text saying they will cancel my appointment because supposedly they only take prepaid appointments for people with cancellations and no shows. Now if this were true I shouldn't have been allowed to book as normal on the website, and again they should've had the common sense to make this known immediately the day after I booked the appointment. Not to mention, of the several appointments I've had here only once was cancelled due to their own stupidity of charging the wrong card instead of the one I gave them. Their "accommodation" they offered me was for me to drop everything and come in right now to have it done because all their stylists are booked, which I obviously cannot do, and even if I could my event is at 6pm and I won't be paying $65 to have old worn ugly makeup.
