Truly, the worst experience of my life! I went in for a gel manicure, and the technician used the drill so heavily on my nails that they all broke underneath the gel manicure, within a few days. My nails are weak and damaged now and will take months to recover. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, you risk your nails being ruined.

If you're coming here to escape M. Vince you should think again because all of their workers are now here. One of the ladies spotted me and was trying to get me to take her number down so that I can only go to her and it made me feel so uncomfortable..she was so pushy at the other nail salon and now she's being pushy here. I am really sad because I really loved this establishment but I don't want to keep coming and be bothered by those ladies... so I will be finding a new salon to call home.

Lupe and Amber are the best- they have both worked on my nails and I have even gotten my BFF to come and she's obsessed. If you are like me and love a personable experience and someone to talk to instead of feeling scared of your nail tech, book with Lupe! I cant say enough good things about her. Much love!

How very happy I am to know my favorite person, Amber, is back in town! I have never found another tech who could come close to her level of expertise. She is super detail oriented and will make you look and feel amazing. Her kind spirit is so refreshing in this world. If she leaves again, I may fly to her to get my nails done. I’m not kidding! I have been going to this nail salon for a couple months now trying to find the right nail tech to do my nails. Amber does an AMAZING job. I could not recommend her enough. She is so enjoyable to talk to the whole time I am there, easy to schedule appointments with, and always makes my nails look exactly as I want them to. If you are looking for a new nail tech, I can’t recommend Amber enough!!

I absolutely love this nail salon. Rose always does a great job with my nails & eyebrows. Lupe is awesome as well and took great care of my friend. The atmosphere is so bubbly and I can't wait to see what happens with their grand re-opening!

I just love this place, never got bad service and never had to wait long.. So glad I found them after being with the same lady somewhere else for 10 years till she started using cheap products that would always peel. This place is great

I love coming here and the atmosphere is always so warming! Celine always does my pedicures. She is great at what she does and very attentive to detail. I have found two girls that does my gel manicures Tiffany and Thuy. Both are them are amazing and they are so patient and pay attention to detail as well. You will not be disappointed by these salon at all!

This was my first time here and it was by far the best experience I've ever had a nail salon. I love the atmosphere and the staff. I got a full set of coffin nails with Lupe and she did an AMAZING job!!! This was worth the 30 minute drive!

Got my eyebrows waxed here once before and it came out perfect, pain free, and the lady was gentle while still getting the job done. Decided to go back again and they had a different lady waxing, got my eyebrows done and it was not nice. Sweet lady but she did not seem to know what she was doing or she was distracted. It hurt way worse than it should have. I also ended up getting burns on my face around my eyebrows because of it. Im disappointed because I had a great experience before with the first lady but after this I cannot risk going there again. These pictures are a few days later as it was worse before.

I went last week on a Friday and my nail tech was Vanessa. Starting out, she didn’t seem too friendly. I got a short acrylic set. I’d mention something I didn’t like and she’d immediately tell me that it wouldn’t look that way after she was done. Turned out, it looked exactly how I thought it would. For instance, I said that the tips looked too wide (like duck nails) and she was layering too much acrylic on my nails and I didn’t want them to be thick with a hump. She insisted that they’d be filed accordingly and made more narrow. I got to a point where I was uncomfortable calling out anything else and decided to just trust the process. She became more conversational towards the end of my appointment and I paid $50 plus a $9 tip. I got home and immediately noticed how horrendous my nails actually looked. They were uneven (especially the thumbs) and just plain ugly. They looked like veneers. I went back the next day and requested a full refund which they said they could not honor, but they’d redo my nails (as if I’d ever let them do that) OR they could soak them off. I got a soak off and handled the refund otherwise.

I heard this was a great place to go, not the experience my daughter and I had! Pedicures were ok, but the nail tech gave extremely annoyed, rude energy! My daughter wanted a set of nails and the tech could not greet us. She asked what she wanted, I showed her a picture and they were not exact. She was continually rude with my daughter. She greeted everyone else pleasantly. I don’t know what was going on with her, but we paid way too much to be treated like we were a bother! I will not go back and I will never recommend this place!

Recently moved to Macon and was so nervous about finding a nail salon. I found this place and after going twice. I’m blown away. I’ve had 2 different tech, Ni and Ben, and both were kind, patient, and very talented. They take their time and deliver the exact results you want. They ask a million times if you like them and if not, they’re happy to make things right. 10/10 recommend. Clean environment Lots of chairs for both manis and pedis Friendly staff all around.
