Had a bit of a wait, so my wife and I decided to take advantage of our priority pass, all the staff members were so courteous, welcoming, kind, and very professional. Big shout out to Pema for a great service. I highly recommend visiting this place, if you're passing thru LaGuardia.

Book a table massage with Andy. TRUST. Completely professional, pressure point master, my laptop-hunched shoulders and back have never felt better. Well, after they were first reduced to a puddle of goo for 45 min. I will be planning travel around his schedule.

Had a long wait at LaGuardia airport and decided to get a half hour chair massage. I was so lucky to have Dawa as my massage therapist. I have been a massage therapist for 30 years…and I have to say she was just magical! I was teleported by her loving and skilled touch to a little place this side of heaven! 💚💚💚

Solid experience, but i felt they overcharge for the prices. A 20 minute massage that was shown to be $50 came out to 71 before tip. Won’t use this service again.

I visited BeRelax SPA at Laguardia on May 15th of this year at 10 a.m. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I waited for half an hour while the male staff member (guy, who even didn’t tell his name) on duty struggled to answer my questions, failed to schedule a procedure for me, and couldn't activate the massage chair. Despite presenting a guest pass, he was incredibly rude and even went as far as yelling at me, claiming I didn't understand English and couldn't avail myself of the service. I was deeply upset by the behavior of your staff member and the overall experience he provided. It completely ruined my day and tainted my perception of your salon.

My flight was delayed so I decided to treat myself and this place did not disappoint. I never would have guessed that one of the best massages I’d receive would be in an airport terminal. It’s high as hell tho. But def worth it.

Be Relax has my favorite sleeping mask. I’ve tried many other versions and they don’t compare. Whenever I fly into an airport that has a store, I’ll get a fresh mask. This location is really good and great service.

I have a Priority Pass and wanted the included nail polish change. The woman working said the nail lady would only be in 3 hours later, and pointed me toward a massage chair, so I went for that. While in the chair, I saw one of the staff brushing her teeth in the sink with the door open, and another doing snot rockets into the sink while he was giving someone a back massage. It was disgusting. Then the staff member who had brushed her teeth took a break in one of the massage chairs. I will never go back, even though it was included with Priority Pass.

I tried to come here for a facial and was extremely disappointed in the time management at this spa. I gave them my boarding time and they told me they could take me before my flight. They let me sit there for half an hour until it was too late for me to even get a 30 minute facial, much less than the 45 minute one I booked. I then got attitude when I complained! This is an airport spa. They should have their timing figured out first and foremost

I went there as part of priority pass. There was a waitlist so I got my name in. After about 15 minutes, got a text saying I am next and they would wait for 5 minutes. I went there in 2 minutes and they were like we gave the seats to someone else. Asked me to wait for half an hour. Went in after half an hour and got my 20 minutes for a 30 minute massage because they had to close. Very unprofessional experience! Wouldn't recommend at all even as a perk. The massage itself wasn't great too. It was a decent massage from an automated chair and I have used such chair in other airports for 5 bucks for 10 minutes. If you do not have priority pass, not even worth giving a shot.

It did not seem like the massage therapists here are well-trained. It felt more like a friend giving you a back rub than a professional treatment. Plus the chair for the chair massage was wobbly which actually really impacts the massage itself. I asked about it, but was just told that’s just how it was. And the person was hovering over me as I made my tip decision on the card payment. Could be just a bad therapist, but I did not get a good vibe about the place. Disappointing. And expensive.

Priority pass user! Doubled up and used the Minute Suites as well. Staff was friendly. I've used Be Relax before in LAX. Opted for just the chair massage for 30 min. The store was quite busy with folks opting for actual massages from staff. All in all, good place to kill some time and use their chairs!

Really pathetic service by rude staff. She ( Tin) did not bother to check the card twice for lounge key access as she did not want to give free massage. I have travelled several places, close to 100 lounges but never seen such behaviour

They aren’t accepting American Express priority pass here. I think the company need to let customers know in advance. Luckily we also have Chase priority pass. Staff here are more friendly and work more efficient compared to Los Angeles location.

This was a FANTASTIC experience after arriving early for a flight. & Our flight was delayed Our Priority Pass memberships got us 30 minutes in an automated massage recliner and it was really relaxing and refreshing particularly on my feet and legs after all the walking around the air port. My wife was getting a manicure & a pedicure they did a really great job (a bit over priced)

Waited for almost 45 mins on the waitlist for them to tell me that they are not offering the service that I ordered. Maybe you should let the client know. I ended up canceling afterwards. Thank you for waisting my time
