I would absolutely shut this place down. Imagine only having one massage therapist and she said she didn’t want to give a massage. How could that even be a possible scenario? JFK terminal 5, first we got to the front desk where I saw an employee run to the back and after making us wait for 10 mins she finally came out. Offered us the massage chair and was trying to say the massage therapist was not ready. Well I asked when she would be ready and the employee stated that CC will not be giving massages today. How is that even a thing? You guys have a massage therapist on the clock that’s not doing her job.

My flight was delayed 3 times lol So I was looking for a kiosk that serves hot tea... As I walked past Amber smiled. I inquired about prices but my flight was set to department in an hour... Shortly I got a text my flight was delayed again! I walked back and Fredric was available to perform a quick chair neck massage. I have had several massages but Frederic actually knows what he is going. As he massaged I noticed he was intentionally applying pressure in certain areas. A very good experience after attending a funeral and driving in New York for 3 days...so stressful:( Thank you BE RELAX (Do you have locations in Colorado Springs? With a tech named Frederic or his twin? Lol)

Be prepared for a bait and switch. As the result of this experience i will never get any service at an airport unless i pay for it first. The 30 minute chair was ok but nowhere near as good as it should be for the price paid. ALWAYS PAY FIRST.

I’ll be honest if you need someone just to wash your hands this is the place Not only the person who supposedly have 10 years of experience can’t cut the nails but she canst even push cuticle back as normal human being . Forget about fixing the nails . I just needed her to cut normally and shape my nails which any nail tech could’ve done normally . This was a waste of $40 . Do not waste your money on this place doesn’t worth it . Just cut and file your nails yourself believe me you’ll do much better job .

JFKTS spa experience today with Pema was lovely! Had a pedicure and she was great! Nails came out perfect and she gave me a blanket so I would be fully relaxed. Thanks!

Just had a great experience at the JFK terminal 5 location. Cassiel the spa attendant was super sweet and attentive not to mention the amazing massage chairs were great and just what I needed.

Nilda was so great! I had a beautifully relaxing pedi at the airport while waiting for my flight. I asked her to be gentle on my one big toe because my toenail is a little ingrown and she was incredible! I never felt a single pain while she was working! I’ll definitely be making this a habit even I fly to NYC!

What a phenomenal escape in the midst of a busy airport! Due to a delay flight, I found myself with additional time at JFK, and had been wanting to get my nails done. Usually I’m too busy to find the time to get my nails, so it was a lovely surprise to find the Be Relax Spa at the airport with the staff available to offer a manicure and pedicure. I was helped by Suzy, who was incredibly attentive to my needs. She removed my gel nail polish on my hands and toes, and was very careful as she applied the new polish. The price for the services were fair given the location, speed, and convenience. The staff were all very kind, getting me water while my nails were soaking, and making sure I was comfortable in the massage chair.i was admittedly stressed as I was trying to get back home before the hurricane was slated to hit Florida. Everyone made me feel at ease, and I couldn’t be more appreciative of that. Overall, highly recommend visiting this spa if you’re traveling. The staff is experienced and trained to help you with your spa needs quickly and effectively. Thank you, Suzy and team!

Got a massage from the chair thing and it was super relaxing! I was pretty sore the next day as well! $40 for 20 mins was fine I do think either more time for that price or a lower price would be more ideal since it’s not a person but still was happy with my massage and would go again

I was able to use my Chase Priority Pass for a nail polish change. My wait time was 35-40 minutes and I was #3 on the waitlist. I had about 15 minutes to board so Nilda did her magic and finished me in 10, including carefully loading my bags onto my arms to not mess up my new polish. She was very sweet and even gave me a minute hand massage to help relax me. She wished me a safe flight and it felt so genuine! I will use the service again with more time to dry next time.

Best experience of my life before my flight this morning. This massage chair was AMAZING felt like a hug lol it massaged everything from the back of my head to the soles of my feet; definitely hit everything pressure point I didn’t know I had lol Thank you for my experience! Stopped into get my nails done in August I got a great massage from a tall male therapist , but had a terrible pedicure done by a middle-aged woman , who seemed clueless. She was sweet as All could be , but thoroughly incompetent with doing my toenails. This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. The white color was done sloppy , with rough edges spilling over my cuticle she didn’t bother to clean, even my husband asked did they put “white out” on your nails. I would definitely go back there for the massage but never again will I have my toenails done at this place!!!
