I go to BBC Nashville for my haircuts as Courtney truly is the best curly hair specialist I've ever had. So when it came to my wedding I knew she was the one I wanted to do my hair and added make up to the package as well. Courtney as always did phenomenal and my hair stayed the same ALL night - even with me dancing and sweating during reception. Emily did my make up and was incredible about it. I had notes after my trial which she did perfectly and again my make up stayed on all night, no retouches needed. 10/10 recommend BBC Nashville, they are so worth it.

I have very fine thin hair that’s completely straight. I got a severely bad PERM and HairCut at a different hair salon, and I came to BBC crying asking for help. I left crying, but with a big smile on my face feeling at ease. The owner cut my hair and fix the shape and then shortly there after I came back and had another perm that went much better than the other hair salon. As long as I live in Tennessee, I will continue going to BBC for perms and haircuts.

Sara Emery is the best! I have been seeing Sara since 2018! She is attentive, patient and knowledgeable. Every time I see her I am always happy with my hair and all the care she puts into it. My curly hair has never looked better thanks to Sara!

I am totally in love with the spray tan here! Very natural, beautiful color none of the orange look at all. it doesn’t even smell bad. If you haven’t done with the bathing suit, it will give you a legitimate tan line.

Courtney Martin is the best hair stylist for my curly hair!!! I’ve been going to her for years and couldn’t be happier. She’s kind, fun to be around, and her attention to detail is unmatched. I’d 10/10 recommend her to anyone looking for a hair stylist in Nashville!

Best scalp treatment ever! I even left my house early, got stuck in horrible traffic and was 10 minutes late. I did call though and verify that it still was OK for me to come if I am late and they were appreciated that I came and gave them the heads up and were super understanding! When I left there and went home and finished my hair, my hair was the best it had been in so long. 10/10

Hands down the best lady to get your hair from on this planet is Tommi Burney. She has been utterly gifted with cut and color techniques that leave you feeling like a new woman. She just elevates everything she does AND her work grows out beautifully. So not only do you live your hair when you leave but week after week it looks like you just got it done. Just let the pretty lady work and sit back.

I recently visited BBC Nashville for a cut and color , and I couldn't be happier with the results! I entrusted Emaline with my vision of transitioning from natural brown to an auburn shade. Emaline's expertise and understanding of color tones led us to choose a slightly darker hue that better complemented my skin tone. Despite my initial nerves, having not colored my hair in three years, I was absolutely thrilled by the outcome. The final result surpassed my expectations! Each day, I find myself falling more in love with the color, and I've received countless compliments since. I cannot praise Emaline's skill and professionalism enough. Allison was incredible! I went in for a scalp treatment due to my Seborrheic dermatitis, which causes itchiness and dandruff. I've been struggling with it for years and within this session, we were able to get to the cause of it and help start a treatment to alleviate. Two week later and there is no sign of flakes or itchiness. I can't believe how long I struggled with it and how simple it was. I love the atmosphere of the salon and the treatment itself was in a private room. I literally can't recommend it enough. Allison was a great listener and her hands are that of a god. Love it.

Got a hair and scalp treatment with a blowout done by Allison. She was so down to earth, kind and professional! She taught me about scalp health and answered some questions I had about certain products to fix my damaged hair. She is so passionate and educated in her field and it’s so nice to see. Absolutely gorgeous salon and the staff is so kind. Would highly recommend BBC. :)

I do not recommend this shop for anyone that has textured hair. They are unable to accommodate you. But they will still do the service. I wish my stylist would have said before hand that she’s never worked on my hair type and was honest that people there don’t work on curly/afro hair because I would have went elsewhere. She even said multiple times half way through the service that “so and so” would do a better job than her. If you knew that why go forth with the treatment? I went in for a keratin treatment and left highly disappointed. I paid 360$ for my hair to be left almost exactly the same as when I went in but with a choppy cut. The salon is clean but all the stylist seemed unhappy and speaking poorly about other customers they have or even other people that worked there. It was sad to see and I felt uncomfortable sitting in that salon chair. The process was not done correctly for my hair type and the time was not taken to be sure I would leave happy. I will not return to this shop nor recommend it to any one that has textured hair. Go to KTaylor hair salon if you need work done in Nashville and have hair like mine!

I want to preface this by saying I 100% should have made sure my stylist knew I did not in any way want a blunt hair cut, so that’s partly my fault for not being clear. I came in to the salon with extremely long thick hair, told her I needed a nice cut with soft layers and just overall a lift because it needed a good cut. I’m gonna survive with the unfortunate blunt cut, the biggest issue is how bad & uneven it is. When I do a braid, it looks like a paint brush with very very very choppy pieces. I felt like the haircut was rushed, and I was not even given a mirror to see the back of my hair, but I left the salon not saying anything, I think because I was in a little bit of shock. Once I got home and started looking at the details I almost cried. Really upset with this $100 haircut.

I was recommended to this salon and Tommi, from my former trusted stylist, for someone to cut my thick curly hair. I was NOT disappointed!! Tommi was so engaged with what I was looking to accomplish with my cut. Best of all she can do a true razor cut with my curls!! So grateful to have her now as my go to for my hair that most stylists are intimidated to cut!!

Sierra was absolutely fabulous! Came in for a same day cut, she listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. She is friendly, personable, and very talented. I gave her some example photos and she went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend her and the salon. I am so excited that I finally found my Nashville stylish!!!! Thanks, Sierra☺️

I had a scalp treatment with Allison that was nothing short of dreamy and left me feeling zen. The products she used are plant based and natural and she customized a nourishing scalp treatment for my scalp and hair type (complete with a relaxing scalp massage to melt stress away) I left feeling fresh and fabulous after a bouncy and shiny blowout. Can’t wait to return!

They called me leaving a passive aggressive voice message on my phone. Stating that they will charge my card over and over again until they received a payment. A payment?? I have never set foot into this facility. They stated that they were going to cancel my membership! How ? When I never been to BBC Nashville, so how could I even purchase a membership!? I had called them back and left a voicemail telling them they don’t have my authorization to charge my card because I did not receive serve from you all. reported them to the BBB

This is the first and only place I’ve been in Nashville! Kirsten stuck with me for over a year to get from brunette box dye to the blonde I wanted! She took everything I asked for and delivered twice over! She’s the kindest soul and one of the best in Nashville!! I also worked with Emaline who is a gem and talented in her own right! Two of the kindest most wonderful people I know!!
