What a great experience! Between the friendly staff that greets you at the door and the knowledge that the Isar and staff have as well as caring about your well-being, you can’t beat it. Very easy to make an appointment, clean rooms, and cold tubs!!!!

What an amazing place I had to book urgently because I hurt my hamstring before an army competition. I can’t thank Bayport Athletics enough especially Isar. I went from not even being able to do an air squat to running 5 miles and competing effectively within days. Thank you so much highly recommend.

I recently visited Bayport Athletic Recovery for the first time and had a really relaxing experience! Chris was really reassuring during my time there and even though I only did the red light therapy it was nice to see the cold plunge and sauna as options as well!

I visited bayport athletic recovery for the first time a couple weeks ago and had a great experience. It was clean, inviting, and very friendly staff. Chris coached me through a cold plunge. I also did the sauna and red light therapy. Definitely would recommend!

Isar and his team at Bayport Athletic Recovery are incredible! I personally love the sauna and red light (it’s a love/hate with the cold plunge). I recommend the membership services, go regularly and maximize the benefits. The ability to go for some fire and ice therapy with my husband too is priceless. 10/10 ⭐️

From the minute I walked in the door at Bayport Athletic Recovery, I was really impressed with the cleanliness and smell of it. Isar is extremely knowledgeable about how all his offerings benefit the body. I booked a massage and used the sauna which was so invigorating. Do not hesitate if you are looking for top notch athletic recovery or just some self care . This place leaves the foofy spas in the dust ! I’m a forever customer now . Thank you again Isar.

Bayport Athletic Recovery is an underrated hidden gem! Athlete or not, you will walk out feeling better than you imagined. As someone who has never cold plunged before, I was able to stay in for my first 3 minute session with coaching help by Christine. She helped me control my breathing which led to a successful session. I highly recommend asking for her on your next visit and I am looking forward to coming back.

FUN FACT about Bayport Athletic Recovery ... you don't need to be an athlete to go there! I'm not!! It is a top-notch facility much like the health and wellness spas common throughout Europe. I joined two months ago, based on a recommendation to help with some middle age aches, pains, and inflammation. Red light therapy has significantly improved my inflammation issues. In fact, I'm frequently told lately that I "glow". :) I also incorporated a weekly sauna treatment into my regimen and I love the weekly detox it provides. I also believe it is helping me maintain a healthy weight. Today, to help work out some literal kinks in my back, I had a massage, with Isar, the owner. IT WAS AMAZING!! I love a good massage, and I've had my share, but it was WITHOUT A DOUBT, the best massage I have ever had!!! Isar is such a skilled masseuse and so knowledgeable about the body. One of the best parts of the experience is the massage table that has a motion base. It adjusts to put your body in the optimal position for treatment - and ladies, it can be adjusted to make laying flat on your chest a more comfortable experience! Whether you are an athlete with an injury, or just a person who wants to feel better - you won't be disappointed!! Isar, Cindy and the staff are the best!!

I met Isar at a recent Crossfit Competition and he helped work on my upper back and shoulder and provided cold tubs for the athletes for recovery. Very nice guy and very knowledgable. I appreciate his help and if you are in the area, I recommend his services!

The cold plunge and sauna are amazing!! I love this place, and it’s in the same parking lot as the CrossFit gym! It’s awesome! Not to mention the concierge Tom is so helpful and welcoming! It’s great! Try it out! You’ll feel AMAZING!!!

I scheduled a head and neck massage with Isar and it was quite possibly the best massage I've ever had! I went in with a severe headache caused by muscle tightness in my neck. Thirty minutes later, my neck felt amazing and the severe headache was non-existent. He was very knowledgeable and gave me suggestions on what to do to avoid any future pain. This was my first time at Bayport Athletic Recovery, and I will definitely be back!

Isar is a master! I thought I had blew out my rotator cuff’s, he reassured me we could heal my shoulders and in only 2 sessions they were back to normal. The cold plunges are outstanding! Isar’s knowledge and coaching has made them an integral part of my self care routine. Very grateful for Bayport Athletic Recovery!

Izar is always very welcoming and friendly as well as knowledgeable and accommodating. His facility is always very clean and you are guaranteed to leave feeling refreshed whether it be the cold tub, sauna or massage. I was recently dealing with moderate to severe neck/arm pain from numerous muscle spasms in my upper back that has prevented me from participating in crossfit, running and pickleball, after one massage session i felt an instant relief with a drastic decrease in symptoms and was able to sleep on my right side for the first time in a week. I highly recommend visiting Izar for all your recovery needs!!!

The cold plunge and sauna room are a must. Me and my wife come here from queens because we love it so much! The cold plunge alone has helped reduce our everyday anxiety, there's something therapeutic and calming to it. Super clean, quiet, and the owner is super informative and kind person. He gave us advice on how to approach our first cold plunge. I love the private room we have and nobody bothers us for one hour while me and my wife switch from sauna to cold plunge and we feel brand new when we are done. Would recommend anybody to come.
