For the past year, I've been with BayMed for laser treatments on my face and underarms. BayMed and its employees are amazing. I was anxious about going to a med spa but the minute I walked in and met the staff I was relaxed and comfortable. I have been going to Julia for a couple years now. The last time I had Botox it did not work. I phoned the company many times and was told that they would speak to Julia and get back to me. No return call. After calling 4 more times with the same promise that Julia would call me back, it did not happen. Never a return call. When Botox doesn't work the merchant is able to contact the supplier, get a refund and is able to try a different product on the customer. If the merchant is a reputable company they would have this agreement. I threw hundreds of dollars away, not getting anything for my money. I still hope that they will reach out to me to solve this problem.

I’ve been in for IV therapy, laser hair removal and a hair restoration. I can say with all three; I was treated professionally and respectfully with my lack on knowledge for all three. BayMed is a phenomenal medical spa. The moment I walk in, I’m greeted by friendly staff that know me by first name and instantly make me feel welcomed and deliver personalized care. Dr. O’Malley goes above and beyond each visit starting off by taking time to listen to my needs or concerns and delivers artistic work. She is conservative with my lip fillers and saves a syringe so I can come back and touch up (no med spa has ever offered that before) and she is awesome at Botox. Caitlin is awesome at facials and takes the time to offer another service or add-on to give you the best results. What I respect most about BayMed is that their delivery is to make you feel just as good in the inside as you do on the outside and it shows. Dr. Stavros took the time during my consult for semiglutide to go the extra mile and get clearance from my surgeons before treating me. What a fabulous environment and list of services they offer and cater to your individualized needs and concerns.

100% recommend Baymed. I know this place from a friend of mine a year ago. At first it was just a bit of a drive for me because I live in Bradenton. But after receive cares and services I love it here and don’t mind driving to get such a wonderful treatments here. Julia and staffs are absolutely friendly and honestly give you consults. The place is super clean and nice.

I am so pleased to have found Julia and Baymed Hair and Aesthetics. I was scouring the area for the best laser hair removal in St. Pete and have definitely found it! Julia is amazing. I had half legs and full Brazilian. She maximized my treatment without any discomfort and covered all of my problem areas thoroughly, even making second passes. If you’re considering laser hair removal, I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for your care and kindness Julia!

I dealt with cystic acne for 6 years, it’s cleared up now but I have ice pick scars and red acne scars. Kaitlin made a plan for me to do IPL and microneedling sessions switching off between the 2 to target both the scar types I have and my skin has responded so well. Julia is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I’ve had. The prices also are great, especially compared to other med spas in the area; the location is very nice too. I 10/10 recommend BayMed Hair and Aesthetics.

I cannot say enough about Julia and everyone at BayMed. They are an amazing group of professionals. Julia is very well educated on Botox and all the services they offer. The the results of the Botox treatments I have had so far are better then I could have imagined. Unlike so many other med spas, they do not try to upsell you on their services. They don't tell you that you need more units then truly necessary just to increase their profits. BayMed is a beautiful office with great people. You can feel comfortable and confident knowing that you are receiving the best quality care by people who care about You, not your wallet.

Very professional and friendly staff. I had a B-12 treatment and lost 8 pounds in the first week. I highly recommend them for weight reduction.
