Melissa is extremely skilled and talented, and one of the only people I trust with my hair. On top of that, the experience in the salon is amazing. I have the best time talking to Tanner and Melissa, and I always leave feeling more confident and happier than when I came in! This is truly the best my hair has ever looked, and a couple hours in Bay Beauty Co is the best relax and recharge session a girl could ever ask for 🤩❤️

Recently moved back to Tampa and Melissa is the BEST!!!! I have been to a lot of different salons across the country and Bay Beauty is the one I would pick out of them all!! I’ve already booked my next appointments! 😀

Bay Beauty Co is so beautiful. I don’t trust anyone as much with my hair as Melissa. She has such great instincts and styling tips. She is a master of her craft, and has a great eye for color. She used undertones from my natural color (brown with copper tones) to choose my new color, and retoned until it fit our vision. She showed me how to style my new bangs, and had great product recommendations. Sitting in her chair is a pleasure.

I scheduled an appointment for a haircut in February 2024 and was very disappointed. When the stylist I was scheduled with said she was not good with haircuts I was totally surprised not to mention the cut was very uneven. Skylar did a very poor job.

BOOK MAGGIE!!! Exceptional talent. I had long brown hair when I came in and left with a long blonde bob. Incredibly happy with the results. She is worth the wait. I came in at my scheduled appointment time and she had me seated immediately. Could not be happier! Everyone is friendly. It is a small hair salon but equipped with everything they need. Feels “family” owned. Great conversations all around the salon. Will be back!!

Maggie did such a wonderful job on my hair. I have been to many different salons and nobody gets my hair as blonde as Maggie! She also added a row of extensions to add some fullness and I am OBSESSED! They feel great and look so natural. If you are looking for a stylist that will listen to your wants and needs Maggie is your girl!

Melissa is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for 4 years, even before she opened this incredible studio. She is so kind and caring and I can always trust her to make my hair perfect. The studio is clean, well decorated, and so cozy. The massage chairs are amazing. I highly recommend Melissa and her team!

10/10 recommend. When I say Melissa absolutely killed my hair I mean it. I have gone to many hair stylists and they never really get what I want and she got it to a T. She was so professional and easy to talk to, we were best friends in 5 seconds it felt like. I always feel awkward with new hair stylist but she made me feel so comfortable and confident. I definitely recommend her for all your hair needs!!

Amazing customer service! I needed to get a haircut before a wedding that started in an hour, and they were the only place in walking distance from me. When I went in they let me know they don’t do mens cuts but upon hearing me out, one of the ladies decided to help! They gave me a great cut for free and sent me on my way!

I see Skylar at Bay Beauty Co and she is amazingly talented!! When I first met her I was amazed at her work on Instagram, but she has listened to my ideas of going from bleach blonde to more of a natural brondie 💕 she also talked me into trying extensions for volume which I was very hesitant about due to the fact I thought they would look fake but she colored them to match me so perfectly! And talked through all the pros and cons. Everyone at this salon is so nice and welcoming and so very talented! I love coming for my hair appointments and will never see anyone else!

I was super excited for my appointment with Skylar for a partial and cut. I made the appointment three weeks in advance and was looking forward to it. I have a lot of friends that go here and have said great things. So I was extremely disappointed when she canceled last minute via text two hours before my appointment because she wasn't feeling well. Which I totally understand and health should always come first no matter what. I responded saying feel better and please let me know when you're available to reschedule. It's now been over a week and I haven't heard back from her. I worked in a hair salon for 3 years and I just found this interaction unprofessional.

Skylar is amazing! She listened to exactly what I wanted & nailed my blonde. I have some spots in my hair that many stylists typically miss - & she was able to foil them completely. Also the foiling in general was just so well done - it was precise & the tone was perfect too. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a stylist that can get you blonde AND pays attention to the little details 🙌🏼
