Went for a heavy blonde highlight bright blonde showed a picture , she toned my hair to an ugly ash brass blonde then shows the pic to her boss who tells her how to fix it she says put something on my hair to take toner out and rubs my hair together like scrubbing it out two times and uses the hottest water , my hair was healthy she broke my end rubbing together like she did and cut was terrible too miserable experience. Have to put a my least a star for review

Went in for a spiral perm, showed her a few pictures of what I wanted, ( I was looking for a nice tight curl). After being there for 5 hours, I saw that I barely had a wave in my hair. Completely disappointed. Complete waste of my time. I will not go back there for a perm in the future. The reason I did give 1 star was only because she was very nice and the atmosphere was nice as well.

I’ve worked with this salon for a very long time. Under three different stylist. I’ve always put trust and stayed with the stylist after one has moved away. Most recently Taylor left and I was put with Tori. Tori recently left to pursue a different opportunity. I personally chose to stay with Tori because she is very talented like Taylor and Madasin were. I have had a very traumatic hair experience in the past by trusting someone who didn’t understand how to work with natural red hair and destroyed my hair. So having a great stylist and have the option to meet and discuss things with them first is very important to me. I never once received a phone call after Tori left to cancel either of my appointments or was given the option to work with someone else. Frankly very disappointed. The receptionist mentioned that two of them had been contacting people and my name was highlighted. Well I’ve had the same phone number since 2012, I have voicemail, and I have text. She also mentioned that some of the clients were getting frustrated with being contacted because they were following Tori and Miranda. Bottom line all clients need to be contacted no matter what…. Especially seeing as I’ve been a client there since 2017….what a horrid way to end things.

Love Bauhaus! I always have the best experience. I recently tried their +spa. As soon as I went to that side of the building, I was transported to an amazingly serene atmosphere with dimmed lighting and fresh lemon and cucumber water. My esthetician, Shantel was very accommodating and explained everything throughly. I am looking forward to trying more spa treatments.

Loved it! Miranda is awesome 👌 I got a color and cut! Rachel was so nice and sweet ,she did my keratin treatment. U will not be disappointed if u come here. Very welcoming atmosphere

Stylists are good, but management is so rude to their stylists and receptionists. How a business treats their employees is more important to me than the service I receive.

Absolutely loved my facial with Kaylen, it was my first one so I was nervous but she set me at ease, was polite and very thorough with all questions and suggestions. My skin looks flawless and cannot wait to rebook with her!

I went in not knowing anything about them and Miranda gave me EXACTLY what I wanted with my style and cut! I have waited over a year to do something with my hair again and she nailed it! Thank y'all! Everyone was very sweet from start to finish.

Today I went in for a haircut and style. Tori was my stylist. I’ve never had an appointment with her till today. She was so amazing. She started off with a wash and a wonderful scalp massage. I literally could have passed out it was so relaxing. Next we went back to her station and got o work. She was very personable and I was immediately comfortable with her. I enjoyed the company and service provided and will absolutely book with her again.
