I had a very bad experience at this.salon..a young stylist Mika I believe? She didnt.know anything about hair extensions..I felt like I was teaching her..never would go back . .

I absolutely love this place! Maggie who is the most sweetest and kindest person and friend that there is and she has been doing an amazing job! I absolutely love when she does my hair! Shout out to Maggie! The environment there is really awesome and amazing. The employees there are fun, friendly, and make you feel like they are at home! It’s always great to have such wonderful people that make it feel very special for you! Keep up the amazing work guys! You all are awesome! Thank you for all you do!

I have been getting my hair cut by Donzie for many years. She is my favorite hairstylist at what is now my favorite salon. She does amazing work and is a wonderful human as well.

It was the first I scheduled an appointment at Bauhaus Salon. I got turned around, would've been 15ish minutes late. Was told by the artist, Paisley, to reschedule AND I was charged $30. I understand no show and late cancellation fees, but come on

Jenn is THE best! I have been going to her for 8 years, followed her straight from hairschool! She gives an awesome cut but is also fun and friendly when you are there! Highly recommend her!

Look no further and get your hair cut here! David Holland the owner is a fantastic stylist. He takes his time and has the goods. He also has good energy. I just moved to Salt Lake City and my haircut was just what I needed to feel lovely in my new city.

This place is Wonderful! I got my first highlights done on my virgin hair and they came out amazing, I am absolutely in love with them! Dave listened to everything I wanted and talked me through the whole process. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Bauhaus Salon rocks! So great to have such a high end salon here in the Avenues. I love coming here because I feel so welcomed every time I come in. I love how stylish and comfortable it is without it being snooty or pretentious. My hair always comes out amazing and I always feel like a million bucks inside and out when I leave. And P.S. the artwork in there is killer! Highly recommend this place!

I chose this salon because I could tell there's serious hair talent here without any condescending vibes! My first time, I saw Alexa and put her up to the challenge of chopping 11 inches for locks of love. She did really well giving me a trendy bob and showing me how to style it. I felt so refreshed!!!

I found Bauhaus and more specifically Alexa just via Instagram and went in for a dramatic change a few weeks ago from blonde to dark. Alexa made me feel extremely comfortable and LISTENED to my concerns and thoughts about my hair. She went over preferred products for my hair type, as well as hot tools. Then she proceeded to show me how to use those hot tools (: For someone who isn’t the most comfortable in the “hair world”, Alexa and Bauhaus made my experience extremely comfortable + I’ve already booked my trim (; 🖤

I would recommend Alexa to anyone! My hair was a mess of dark hair dye and she lifted it to the exact shade that i wanted. It took two sessions but im super happy with it. She listened to exactly what i wanted and talked me through what would look good with my face shape and set realistic expectations for lifting my hair (even though she totally went beyond my expectations). The salon its self is very welcoming and everyone that works there is friendly and goes out of their way to talk to you and make sure you're happy. Prices were also very reasonable.

I’ve found my salon! I saw Donzie for a haircut, and was blown away. She was thorough, friendly, attentive, and even took time to educate me about styling my hair. After leaving my appointment, I realized my cut needed to be tweaked a bit. Donzie was very understanding and made time for me the next day. I have dense wavy/curly hair, and my hair has honestly never looked or felt this nice after a cut before. Donzie seriously knows what she’s doing! I also love the products she used in my hair. I will absolutely be back!

Myka Harding is the best stylist ever!! My hair is perfect every time with several different cuts. She is amazing at coloring my grays yet keeping highlights for me. She is the friendliest, sweetest stylist I’ve ever had. Not to mention she makes the cutest, clay earrings ever!!

Myka is seriously the best! She always makes sure i am happy with my hair before i leave. I won’t trust anyone else with my hair besides her. She is super friendly and outgoing. Super easy to talk to and she makes it fun. The salon is also great! Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel welcome.

This salon is clean, comfortable, and cool but not TOO cool for me. I always appreciate the variety of music- from multiple genres and generations. Dave is a top tier stylist with a very technical proficiency. It is obvious that he sincerely cares about what he does and for whom. I have been in Jen Lee's chair too. She's great at barbering.I appreciate that she can be fast. To me, the most important thing is that I feel like a friend and member of a community when I'm at Bauhaus.

Well it began first with Erica getting me set up for an appointment. I was expecting to get in maybe by next week, but she got me scheduled with Paisley for my appointment literally the next day. The salon has a great environment! I was greeted by a hairstylist upon walking in and Paisley greeted me right out front. She is awesome!! I showed her what I wanted and she checked with me during the process how it was looking. We talked the whole time about a variety of things. Totally comfortable and made my haircut seem fast because we talked which made the time fly fast. Definitely going back there to have Paisley color my hair in the near future.
