An amazing place to cut your hair!! My experience with my haircut was amazing i loved the cut itself. I could see the determination in the barbers faces in completing and giving the best haircuts to others. Amazing spot for kids haircuts too, people handle them so well and even have entertaining things for them to use while waiting. Id recommend this place everywhere, because everything here seems so amazing just like the barbers are amazing too

Honestly, great place theres many creativity inside of the BatCave that can keep people entertained while waiting. Even small children can be entertained if impatient. My experience went well, the barber knew how to keep a conversation going and it honestly is the best part of the haircut if you ask me.

Amber deserves 5 star review, my son is on the autism spectrum and has sensory issues and we have been going to Batcave with Amber for about 1 year now, everytime she works with such patience and care! She takes time to help him feel comfortable and the cut is perfect. My son will wiggle and she still manages to continue with precision and delivers a cut i’m so happy with. She also cuts my daughters hair. To top it all off she is a beautiful person inside and out and has always makes my family welcome in her shop!

Terrible service. The phone is disconnected. And I went to the shop open hours and no one opened the door. I only had a question since no one answered the phone. If I could give it negative stars I would.

Absolutely love Amber! She’s so patient and amazing with our toddler. He always had the hardest time with haircuts but loves playing with her and her toys. Definitely recommend to anyone with babies that fuss and hate haircuts!

Amber is absolutely amazing!! My son is 3 years old and has sensory issues and also has trouble sitting for long periods of time! My son gave her a really hard time but Amber was so patient and kind and on top of that has given my son the best haircut he has ever had! He has even received multiple compliments on it! She is one of a kind with such amazing skill! I would give her 100 stars if I could !!

Amber is amazing! Started taking my son to her at about a year and half and he was a screamer and escape artist. Amber never lost patience with him. She is definitely one of a kind. The staff is super friendly and my now almost 4 year old loves visiting the shop and getting his haircut.

Hands down, the best barber shop for my two kids. Amber is worth every penny. The time and attention she gives to each child and their individual needs without judgement makes her a unique and worthwhile business. If you struggle with your little ones with getting their hair cuts I highly recommend making an appointment with Amber at The Bat Cave in Harlingen. You will not find anyone better. Both of my sons are Autistic and struggle with different sensory issues. Ezra used to love getting haircuts with clippers and from one day to the next he wasn’t having it. He cried and screamed and fought. I was worried he wouldn’t ever want a haircut again. Today when we saw Amber she was as patient as always and did the haircut completely with sheers. She provides the kids with toys to keep them entertained and speaks to them so patiently. She also talks strategies with parent before hand and tries different things. She’s even gotten on the floor with my son Eric!! She’s not only an amazing barber but an amazing human!! Proof that not all hero’s wear capes!! ❤️

We always have wonderful experiences at BatCave. I’ve been taking my son since he was three and he has a great relationship with Amber. He is very comfortable in her chair and he loves his regular hair cuts.

Have been here twice already. I had been wanting to make an appointment for my 3yr old for the longest and never got around doing so. Idk why I didn't book any sooner. My son has never had a professional cut and I went in there thinking my son would have the hardest time. Let me tell you Amber has such a way with children. Each time we have walked in she's made my son feel very welcome and won him over in no time. Amber had so much patience with him and catered to him and he was all for it. lol I will definitely continue to come here as both Amber and Valeria are great individuals.

Our family absolutely loves this place. Amber is amazing with my son and does a great job with my hair too! Everyone at the shop is so knowledgeable and professional every time we come in. My son had his first haircut with Amber almost a year ago and she was so kind, patient, and professional with him. She even cut his hair on the floor so to calm him down. She always makes him feel comfortable and is so positive with him. You can immediately tell that this is her passion and she has so much knowledge and experience. We have consistently come to see her and she always goes above and beyond!

Went in as an out of town customer to get trimmed for an interview. They were super cool and they did an A+ job. Also the Batman theme is great.
