Absolutely loved my experience at this day spa! The massage therapist was fantastic and professional, and the facial professional was so kind and helpful. The salon is beautiful and quiet. I definitely can't wait to come back for more spa services!

Best massage I've ever had. Nick is an amazing massage therapist. Did the remedy deep tissue massage and afterwords almost cried at how much pain relief I felt. 10/10 experience.

I have enjoyed both massages and facials here, and every time they do an amazing job! The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and do a great job everytime and the atmosphere is wonderful and relaxing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating experience!

I visited Basalt Day Spa while I was in Salt Lake City and had the most amazing experience getting a facial with Kelly. It was truly such a relaxing but professional experience. Afterward, Kelly even wrote up a good skincare routine that would suit my specific needs.

Went in for massage and facial. Facial was great but the massage therapist said she couldn’t release some of the muscles in my back and left me barely able to move afterward without immense pain. So, now I need another treatment to fix it. Basically spent $350 to get injured. Do not recommend.

For $180+tip no worth it. I was supposed to get a chemical peel, etc. I felt the only thing that was done is put oil on my face,and more oil, I felt nothing except the hot towel, a little massage. I had facials before bu this was ridiculous. The only reason we went to this place is, gift certificates. What a waste of $$. I will never ever go back or recommend it. There are lots of suckers out there but no me, us. I read the reviews but, doesn't add up. Very overrated Spa. Anf btw. I specifically asked the front desk, do not to share my e-mail address, now I am getting bombarded with texts emails.

I had the three series chemical peel treatment with Kristy. My skin looks so amazing and young. I am in my 50s and I truly love the results. She really knows skin and her procedures.

My wife and I came to SLC to celebrate my 40th birthday and knew a massage would be a great way to relax, so we chose Basalt and let me tell you our experience was incredible! 10 out of 10 recommend a full 90 minutes with our massage magicians, Jamie and Jordan. They were so amazing and if we were local, we would make it a regular thing! Thank you both for relieving our tension, putting us half to sleep, lol, and for helping us wrap up our trip in the best way! We’ll definitely book again our next visit to SLC. Y’all are the best!

There is no way to opt out either Please stop contacting me In response to owner, I have tried responding “Stop” to op out and I receive a message saying to call into the spa in order to opt out of text messages. I had a terrible break out and was in urgent need to fix it. I'm so glad I called and they were able to take me in on the same day. The spa was relaxing, clean and comfortable. I have very sensitive and acne prone skin so I went with the Purify facial and I was amazed how smooth and glowy my skin looks today! My terrible acne on my forehead mostly disappeared, unlike most extraction facial, there was no redness or squeezing wound on my face the next day.The aesthetician was super gentle while making sure my pores are cleaned throughly. The massage was super nice too, I slept so well last night. Definitely coming back and worth the money :)

I had booked my daughter a prenatal masage and we had to cancel her due to a flight change. The staff here was nice enough to credit me and let me use the massage the same day for myself as to not lose the money. The massage was excellent and a true professional massagist. Will definitely be back on a regular basis.

Perfect 10/10 experience start to finish. Easy parking, beautiful space with friendly down-to-earth folks. Had the best facial of my life with Erin! Her touch was very present, focused, and balanced for a wonderful experience of care and relaxation. Met both owners who made me feel extra welcome and celebrated on my birthday.

Used to get massages frequently… its been a while… Went to Basalt when I had some back pain that didn’t dissipate as normal… i was jacked up (48 yo, it just hits different at this point…) I was booked with Lindsay on Tues, 10/22/24, and she was awesome. Really asked about preferred pressure spots, absolutely heard and adjusted to the pain I was having, answered 1,000 anatomy questions i asked because she was clearly quietly confident…. I feel a major reduction in pain, and have recommended her to several friends in person. This massage definitely increased my wellness

Annette provided an amazing and relaxing massage. I had a low back injury, and she was incredibly attentive, working around it with care. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Highly recommend her services!

Had the best massage and facial I’ve ever had with Kevin and Kristy. The facility is beautiful and relaxing. There was construction next door but I couldn’t hear it. Parking was plentiful up front. I can’t wait to go back!

This is a wonderful day spa tucked away in a neighborhood I never would have found. We came from Vegas as part of a girls weekend. The services and the therapists would easily rival any casino spa. I was very happy with the Basalt hot stone massage and the exfoliating treatment I had. Truly relaxing and very well done. I'd recommend this spa to anyone.

I have been going to Basalt for a few years now. I love this spa. I like it so much I give gift cards to my daughter-in-laws for their birthdays. Erin McKennon is a great esthetician. She give the best facials. My skin glows for days afterwards. She is also very helpful with suggestions on how to keep my skin nice and healthy. I highly recommend her.

I have been going to Erin for the Rejuvenate facial for years and she is the absolute best! She customizes my facial every time, and I leave feeling glowy and insanely relaxed from the amazing scalp/arm/foot massage. I love all of her product recommendations too. Can’t recommend her enough! And the whole experience at basalt could not be more zen. Everything is clean, beautiful and relaxing.

I always try to find a place where I can get good massages and facials in different cities we visit. In Salt Lake City, Basalt Day Spa was amazing. Super service and excellent atmosphere. I got a facial with Hayley, who was just excellent. One of the best facials I have had in the last 20 years!...I recommend Basalt as a Spa and Hayley for facials....Enjoy, Salt Lake City!

Nick is the absolute best! I have never had a better massage anywhere or by any masseuse. He is an expert in what he does, listens to your needs and doesn't just throw his elbows into your body. He is strong without being over the top. His knowledge of anatomy and how to safely address your issues is unparalleled. Don't hesitate to book with him at the best spa in Salt Lake!

I recently visited Basalt where I received three treatments: a body scrub, a prenatal massage, and a facial. Although the spa itself was quite relaxing, there was heavy construction in the adjoining building throughout my body scrub and 90-minute massage. The constant shaking of the room and massage table was quite jarring and made it difficult to relax. Aside from the disruption caused by the construction, the rest of my experience was pleasant.

Why did I wait 67 years to get a facial? Now I'm hooked! Everything about Basalt is top-notch! Erin has made my day four times now with different facial treatments and each one is unique and wonderful! Erin is the best there could be!!
