Carol is wonderful. Very pleasant and professional. Very clean work area. She is very fast at responding to any questions you have or booking you in . Very reasonably priced services. I am loving my results / service so far from my treatment that I am now looking at the other services she has to offer.

There isn’t enough words in the dictionary to express what Carol has done for my rosacea. My first meeting with her was incredibly emotional for me. Carol quickly put me at ease and shared with me how exactly she was going to treat my rosacea. I didn’t have high hopes as I’d struggled with it for yrs. I left that first appointment feeling for the first time positive that just maybe there was help. Every appointment after that got easier and she continued to treat me for several mths until I was satisfied with the results. She was determined and caring and didn’t give up. Today, years later, I rarely have flare ups and only see Carol for touch ups twice a yr. She truly has been a blessing in my life!!! To anyone struggling with rosacea or any other skin conditions, this beautiful lady is the very best!!!! Deirdre. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Carol is the best. I’ve been getting laser hair removal for the past 2 years with her. No it doesn’t take 2 years but I didn’t listen and was hesitant in the beginning and only started with my underarms. After 3 sessions I realized how life changing this is. I have very dark course hair and I’d shave in the am and have growth by 5pm. By 3 sessions I had so much less hair so I did another body part, and then another LOL. The laser does not hurt at all as it shoots out cold air as the laser zaps your hair. If you are thinking about doing this I cannot recommend her enough. Her schedule is so flexible and she always accommodated me when I needed to rebook.

Carol is professional and very friendly. She makes ‘a bit uncomfortable’ experience seem easy, not embarrassing or painful. I first started going to Carol for IPL last year. From the moment I met her I felt like I'd known her for years. She not only is friendly and professional she is so very knowledgeable about all of the treatments, products and services she offers and takes the time to explain the treatments, the effects and the outcomes. I trust that she is cares about my wellbeing and keeps that the focus of any of the treatments she provides to me. I have been to 5 medical skin clinics in Windsor but Carol is the best by far. I suffer from acne and Carol has been my saviour. She is never pushy with products and tries to help every way she can. Most clinics I have been to are just pushing expensive products and after $800 skin treatments I never really saw an improvement in my acne and often left feeling helpless. Carol was the first person I felt actually cared about how my skin affects me and assured me she would clear it. She has never been pushy with products and has always been super compassionate. I wish I found her years ago because I would have saved thousands…. 10/10 recommend!

Carol Meloche is the best aesthetician I have ever been to. I came in with serious acne issues and after just seeing her once I saw an 80% improvement. She knows exactly what to do and what I needed. I love love the results from my skin tag removal and today is just day one. I absolutely hate wearing makeup to “try” and hide my skin imperfections.
