I can’t say enough good things about the Bamford Wellness Spa! Their staff, the space, and services/products are all amazing. Special thank you to Juan for my deep tissue massage for my birthday. His level of care for me during the service was much appreciated. Also, shoutout to Lexie and Jacob for their warm welcome in anticipation of my service. Thank you again, Bamford!

Wow. This place sets the standard. I’ve only had a handful of massages, and never at an actual spa like this. My wife and I came for our anniversary to get a couples massage, and wow. It’s fancy for some middle class people that don’t do this sort of thing. I can never go back. This was incredible. We loved the entire experience. The sauna, the lounge, the massages themselves…. Fantastic. We will be coming back for our next getaway!

Awesome place for a massage. They have a super great steam room as well as a sauna! My massage by Jackie was amazing! Definitely one of the best I had!

I had a 50 min massage and 30 min facial for almost $500. They automatically charge 22% for services. Personally I didn’t find that this spa was worth the price.

My wife and I did a couples massage. I have never had a massage before. All of the workers were nice and the environment was comfortable. The area was so nicely clean and calm. The locker rooms were excellent. There were two showers in the mens area along with a sauna and a separate steam bath. I felt the cost was worth it. I will say the items at the reception desk were expensive. We smelled a candle that smelled great. The smaller version I believe was over 50ish dollars and the larger was around 80 I believe. They were smaller than the three wick bath and bodyworks candles. Needless to say, we did not buy a candle.

Had an amazing and relaxing time here with Lisa as my massage therapist. The massage itself was incredible, but the cherry on top was the sauna, steam room, and beautiful waiting area. Make sure to make time to enjoy these bonus features when booking yourself into this spa.

I visited the One Hotel recently on my birthday and the service was exceptional, especially at the Bamford Wellness Spa. Lexie at the front desk was so knowledgeable and professional and made my experience so enjoyable. I recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing day in Nashville. Will be revisiting soon.

Wonderful, and relaxing experience. The showers and relaxation room were both beautiful and well stocked. My 80min B Strong massage with Juan was exactly what I needed after a long day of exploring Nashville and I highly recommend booking with him. The cost is high, but well worth it for the level of service and the atmosphere of the spa.

I booked a 50 minute de-stress massage on the morning of my birthday and it was the perfect start to the day! The changing area was nice and very spacious and I absolutely loved the tea in the relaxation room. Leesa was my masseuse and she was amazing! I was able to choose 1 of 3 oils for my massage and went with the rosemary. It was an excellent choice and I felt very relaxed at the end of the massage. I would definitely book Lisa again and am very interested in trying some of the other services in the future.

Such an incredible experience. I was greeted and shown to the locker room by 2 smiling faces. The front desk and spa attendants were very helpful. Kelly the manager was an absolute pleasure. Bonnie gave me an incredible massage and was so kind to prepare a tea for me. The relaxation room was by far the most serene relaxation room in all of Nashville and the spa was the most beautiful spa I've seen yet. The relaxation room also had a beautiful patio to enjoy the city view. I highly recommend visiting for a spa day. You will not be disappointed.
