Parking for hotel guest is terrible. There was no valet parking for hotel guest. There should be some designated parking for hotel guest

This place has lost its appeal since being acquired by Ballys. We paid over 500.00 for two days a room for two days, NEVER EVER AGAIN!! I would frequently visit Ballys in New Jersey, but no more thank you. As you see, where there's water, there's mold, and they have not lived up to the standard that was already set by Dover Downs!!!

DO NOT GO !!!! The tables are terrible. Play louisana poker in 75 hands won a total of 5 out of 75 hands., two days in a row.They rob you and give you a cheap gift from the 99cent store. Worst casino ever.

I used to enjoy my stay here when it was Dover Downs. I don't know what the h*** is going on with this casino now. I frequent here at least once or twice a week. The slots are TIGHT!!!! I have lost lots of money and I'm only offered $20 in free slot play.....let me say that again only $20 in free slot play. To add insult to injury, I was offered $50 in free slot play for my birthday. I went to the kiosk machine and it downloaded the $50. I went to a machine to play and it didn't give me the $50 because it was one minute past midnight so the offer was void. I went to the Players Club the next day to redeem my $50. I told them what happened and they still didn't give me the $50 slot play for my birthday!!! They also did not offer an explanation! I'm done with this place. I will be going to Harrington, Deleware Park, or Marylan Live. Ballys Dover is such a disappointment! You've been warned.

Review Title: Trapped and Exploited at Bally’s Casino, Dover, DE I stayed at Bally’s Casino Hotel in room 662 from Wednesday to Monday, spending thousands of dollars daily at the casino. Despite my loyalty, the experience was appalling. On Monday morning, I discovered the parking lot was covered in snow, making it impossible to leave. When I requested to use my weekly complimentary nights due to being snowed in, I was denied because of a "24-hour gap" rule, despite paying for Sunday night out of pocket. This policy felt punitive and unreasonable given the circumstances. Adding to my frustration, I was unable to use the funds on my player’s card for food or stay extensions. Instead of supporting loyal patrons, Bally’s left me feeling trapped and exploited. The lack of snow removal and refusal to accommodate created an unjust experience that raises serious concerns about their business ethics. I cannot recommend returning after such mistreatment.

Hand sanitizer dispensers constantly empty, lose 1k in slot machines and your lucky to accumulate enough $$ for complimentary sandwiche, Ghetto crowd. Food sucks. Sportsbook open limited hours.

The room smell of mold and mildew. Got a drink from the little snack shop at the door when you come in from the parking lot $4 for a hot 20 oz Pepsi...wow.. I asked for a cup of ice she told me $3.50 for a cup of ice for their hot Pepsi... imagine that!
