I have seen Kelly nearly every month this year and she is the first massage therapist I have encountered over maybe 20 years that truly understands massage! I honestly believe that she has a great knowledge and grasp of the body/structure and how massage can be used. She always listens and is incredibly kind. She is very intuitive and knows exactly what is needed.

I went for my second ever massage and can't thank Lindsey enough for helping with my shoulder blade issue. I didn't realize what I was missing. Lindsey is wonderful. The office feels like a home. It's warm, inviting, and tranquil. I just made my third appointment.

Had my first massage from Lindsay today, she was absolutely Amazing! Firm hands yet very relaxing massage. It was exactly what I needed. Finding a good massage therapist can be hard, I think I found my girl 🤩❤️

I came in because I have a lot of pain in my hips especially when walking! It’s been a week since my appointment and I just cannot believe the difference. I had very little pain this week which is a huge difference. I had done 2 months of physical therapy and the pain did not reduce like it did after seeing Lindsey just once. I’m not exaggerating! If you have pain in your hips, you’ve got to get some massage THERAPY!

Edit as of 12-March-2024 This review was posted during the time frame it occurred, however it somehow was not published. Based upon my "blacklisitng" it seemed likely the business somehow hid the post - hence the repost. I did reach out to management (Lindsey) regarding the "blacklisting" and was told to go elsewhere - which is what I have done. I have that email as well. Regardless of the date it was published, the facts are the facts. Cheers I have been a client here for many years - like 5 years if I recall correctly. Amanda has been great, tipped her graciously, however had an issue recently when I arrived for my appointment. Amanda appeared to be sick - stuffy nose and blowing her nose throughout the massage and a waste basket full of used kleenex. She never once mentioned being sick, having "allergies" or that she even tested negative for a cold, flu or covid. I got sick the very next day. Reached out to Amanda and no response - even the following day. I then reached out to the owner Lindsey. Lindsey was very apologetic and agreed with me:: "I understand your stance completely. These points have been addressed and it has been reiterated that transparency is expected. Lindsey Zulewski, LMT " Lindsey even refunded my fees. Today, I attempted to book an appointment, on-line as they mandate, with a different therapist. I was unable to book the appointment and reached out to Lindsey, the owner, for help. As I presumed, Lindsey "Blacklisted" me. Lindsey further stated I am unable to book any appointments with any of the therapists. Lindsey's rationale was I left some negative comments regarding my experience with Amanda - however this is untrue. Lindsey even agreed my experience with Amanda was indeed negative. "We strive for high customer satisfaction and seeing that you had such a negative experience" I am only now publishing this info because of the passive - aggressive nature of Lindsey "Blacklisting" me without cause - especially given the fact Lindsey agreed with everything I said about my negative experience with Amanda and her supposed "Allergies" Extremely unprofessional of Lindsey.

Charlene Always leaves me feeling relaxed and renewed! This place has become my go to for the best massages! I love that they now offer naps after your massage! I can’t wait to book again, soon. :)

I enjoy my time at Balanced Therapeutics in Trenton. I go monthly for the auricular acupuncture. They are so patient and assist you in anyway to make you comfortable and get most out of your relaxation never rush you to leave So very concerned for you highly recommend

I had an excellent massage session with Autumn. She informed me of her process and strategy before getting started she chatted enough but not so much I couldn’t relax, overall it was comfortable and relaxing. The facility was clean and calm. The experience was great and I scheduled a 2nd massage for 4 weeks later.

I had the most wonderful experience at Balanced Therapeutics! Going to book another session with my sister for her birthday! It was very relaxing and my masseuse was caring, respectful and listened! If I could give 10/10 stars I would!!

I have been a customer of the establishment for over 6 years. They have the most knowledgeable and fantastic employees. Lindsey has helped my through many issues with shoulder and back pain. She is awesome.

I have been seeing Lindsey for over 5 years now. I have gone to other places and never really felt relief. That is not a problem here. Not only is it relaxing but my body and muscles feel so much better. On top of that they started offering ear acupuncture which has helped with overall mood and disposition. Everyone I have met there is professional, kind and not just welcoming but genuinely happy to see you and help. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and tell everyone I know to go there!!!

I have seen 3 massage therapists since coming to Balanced Therapeutics and they have all been great! I have chronic back pain (degenerative discs, nerve pain, and muscle stiffness), but regularly booking massages here have certainly helped. Everyone is professional and kind and you can tell they have passion and knowledge for their profession.

This quaint lil spot was everything I needed to destress & get worked over. It was serene & peaceful & had the most delightful aroma lingering throughout. My massage therapist was Autumn. She was very pleasant, made me feel very comfortable & took care of business. I felt great when I left. Skip the mainstream & trust in this most worthy small business!

Would definitely recommend Balanced Therapeutics. I received a gift card from my wonderful daughter for Mother's Day, a little while back. My session was booked with Melissa Whittaker. I believe she has moved on, but I had been planning to book another appointment soon. She was amazing and professional. I felt so much relief that I hadn't felt with messages at other facilities in the past. I would love to try some of their other services like Acupuncture. I will definitely be booking another message soon and check out the new facility.

I recently met Lindsey and she told me about ear acupuncture and how it can help with addiction, and the clinics she runs where I could try it. Keeping an open mind, I came in over the weekend (early March '24). This was my first attempt ever with acupuncture and it was an easy and relaxing experience. However, the results were a pleasant surprise. I didn't have any expectations, but found that I was not clinging to my phone like normal. It's like it became an after thought instead of something I constantly reach for. Also, I tend to drink a LOT of coffee and this has severely curbed my cravings. Only a few days after trying it, I'm definitely a believer!

Front entrance and lobby were calm & inviting. Received a tour as a first time visitor of the building and the services provided. I had Lisa for a Reiki session. She had great energy, her room was relaxing. She let me choose from some oils to enhance my experience. I had an amazing experience. She got me into a deep peaceful state. I experienced such a feeling of relaxation days after my appointment. Lots of new energy that has lasting effects. I'll definitely be back.
