Got a lash lift for the very first time and felt kind of nervous going into it but Millie made the entire thing incredibly relaxing and fun! The ambiance of the room was lovely and smelled like lavender. Her space was clean and well decorated. If you’re looking for someone who cares about skin and body care with a more holistic approach definitely book an appointment here. The last thing I will add is that after going to many estheticians before, her prices are the best I’ve seen by far😊

I had a great experience at Balanced Esthetics and Wellness. The space was very calming to walk into. Millie is extremely knowledgeable about her products. I was nervous about getting my service since it was the first time (lash lift & tint). Millie kept checking in with me making sure I was doing okay. I could not believe the results! I had no clue my lashes could look as good as they did. Can’t wait to go back!

I have had many services from Millie! Each one has been so relaxing and helped my skin feel glowy for days afterward! The micro-needling treatment really helped my face get rid of all that dead skin build up. I love the vibe she has in her studio. It’s comfortable and soothing and the perfect place to unwind and pamper myself.

I have loved every treatment I have received! I have received an eyelash lift and tint at multiple locations and none compare to how good they turn out here! I’ve also received a variety of different facials that have drastically improved my skin. Millie is the best and very knowledgeable. I will be a lifetime customer!

I received a hot stone therapy from Millie and it was absolutely amazing! I was greeted with a fresh lemon water elixir and a smile! She was very knowledgeable about the products she uses and answered all of my questions. I choose to live a holistic lifestyle so knowing that all of her products are non toxic and clean made me feel really comfortable!

I went in for the Hot Stone Therapy. Wow! This was by far the best Hot Stone Therapy I’ve had. I was greeted by Millie with a refreshing beverage. The shop is so inviting, quite and peaceful. I feel like it really helped my tight muscles and it sure seemed like it helped put some life into my lymph node system. I felt amazing! Oh and her clean massage products are really nice. I’ve had concerns with massages I’ve had elsewhere when I left feeling coated. But not with Millie’s products. I definitely will be going back. Thank you Millie!!

I’ve gone to see Millie quite a few times and have always enjoyed the treatments that I’ve received. My skin has drastically improved since seeing her regularly! It is just a peaceful and relaxing experience and I always recommend people to her! I love that she prides herself in clean skin care! I’ve tried every skin care in the book that doctors and others have recommended, and it has never worked! Finally after using a clean brand she recommended, I have started to see a difference! Thank you Millie! Can’t wait to see you again at my appointment in a few weeks!

Millie is by far the best Esthetician I have ever gone to. My whole experience with her was so relaxing and comfortable. She is very knowledgeable in all skin care and knew exactly what my skin needed. I never feel rushed when I come and see her and on top of it all, she is the sweetest girl! Wow. I cannot explain the amount of relaxation I felt during and after my treatment. I suffer from insomnia and almost fell asleep on the table-that has never happened to me before. I have had a lot of facials and this was by far the best one. I cannot wait to go back! Get in with her before she books up!

I got a Vitamin A infused facial with Osmosis micro channeling and it was INCREDIBLE. Millie makes you feel beyond comfortable and taken care of. She's so sweet, gentle, and easy to talk to. I nearly fell asleep during the facial, the massage was heavenly too!!!! Millie follows up after your appointment and I deeply appreciate her intentionality. Her space is so aesthetic and beautiful! I'll be dreaming about this facial until my next one.

I had the most therapeutic facial every with Millie. Not only did my skin glow and feel so hydrated but mentally I felt refreshed. I loved that I was given the option for a silent treatment so you are able to allow yourself to turn off your thoughts for deep relaxation.

I just had my first treatment with Millie and wow, I was blown away! She recommended the lift and sculpt facial, and tailored it to my skin. Everything was phenomenal, and it was an entire experience! The massages, ambiance, array of scents, clean products (that didn’t irritate my extra sensitive skin one bit!), the different treatments like red light therapy, gua shua, and every type of massage… it was everything I never knew I needed! Relaxing is an understatement, and my skin feels rejuvenated and looks bright and fresh! I’ll look forward to the next, and will be trying some of her other treatments. Thank you, Millie! You thought of it all!

Millie is an absolutely amazing person and esthetician in every way!!! I booked a virtual consultation looking for product recommendations (since I am out of state). She was SO helpful and thorough and listened to everything with open ears and heart. She recommended amazing products and I am loving them already. My wife got me a detox facial at BE&W for my birthday, and it was awesome. I’ve never had anything like that done before. It’s incredibly relaxing, and my skin looked great afterwards. And it’s not just a skin service; Millie really puts a lot of effort into creating a calm and soothing part of your day. Highly recommend—for gals AND guys.
