I had a wonderful experience with Logan today! I was able to share some ideas and goals for my appointment including cut and color. She was attentive and offered excellent recommendations to help me achieve my goals while suiting my lifestyle and needs. Greatly appreciated the consultation and the ease of working with her. Highly recommend! My only wish is that I wasn’t moving so far away so that I could return. Thank you!

I have been going to Logan for nearly two years for cut and color. She is a masterful colorist, always translating my cryptic descriptions into beautiful hair. If you are a blonde, I highly recommend Logan. I am picky about my blonde and she has flawlessly taken be from summertime bright blonde to winter lowlights. The salon is such a warm and welcoming place, too. High quality without pretense and a tight knit and kind staff. Love it so much I have started to take my hard-to-please tween daughters and they love it , too!

I’ve been going to balance for regular cuts, styles, and coloring for over 3 years, and at every single appointment Logan blows me away with her impeccable work and cheerful disposition. She is always chipper, always asking for my feedback and input, always detail-oriented, and always makes me feel like a mermaid by the end of the appointment (we dye my hair a mixture of dark purple and dark red). Even after moving away from Exton, my choice of salon at Balance with Logan will not change. Not only is my stylist a gem, everybody else who works at balance are friendly and accommodating upon every visit. You feel good walking in and you’ll feel even better walking out. Cannot recommend this place enough. I look forward to my next appointment with Logan in 2025.

The spa is clean, smells amazing and staff are so friendly. Sue is a fantastic Massage Therapist, very thorough and I always leave feeling rejuvenated. I live farther away but will be traveling back just for the services here. I am hoping to try additional services here in the future as well.

What a treat to sit in Logan's chair. She does a beautiful job with color, cut and is an extension specialist. The bonus is that she is so personable and easy to talk to (with clients young and old) that is has you looking forward to catching up at each appointment.

I have been getting my hair done by Darlene at Balance Hair Salon in Lionville for a few years now and I’m SO happy I found her. She always does the best job with my highlights and I leave loving it every time. Super important to find a hair stylist that you like and that you trust. I would recommend Darlene to anyone looking for a new hair stylist. Shes the best!!

I absolutely love getting my hair done by Logan. Not only does she execute perfectly but we have great conversation. I got color for the time and she walked me through everything so clearly, and it turned out great. Definitely an amazing experience every time I come here!!

I recently visited HairSpa and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The salon itself is modern, clean, and exudes a calming atmosphere. The staff at HairSpa were incredibly welcoming and professional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and offered a complimentary beverage. The consultation with my stylist was thorough, and she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. So happy I found this salon. My hair looks absolutely fantastic. I have very long hair and have had many problems in the past getting a haircut without someone chopping off way too much. Thomas listened to me and cut my hair perfectly. He left all of the length and it looks beautiful. Highly recommend!
