My fiance and I went here for a couples massage bc my mom gifted us some spa finder cards. I have a very physical job, and my fiance is actually a massage therapist himself. The ladies who massaged us there were experienced and wonderful. They really took their time and worked out all our problem areas and sore spots. Both my fiance and I are pretty sure these were the best massages we've had.

This spa is incredible. The second you walk in, the atmosphere is so welcoming. It's clean and inviting. Samantha, the receptionist, is the sweetest. She is the most accommodating and allows you to just get comfortable right when you walk in with her personality. Robbin the owner, is so kind and knows her stuff. They really take care of you as a client. All of the staff do, from massages to facials to spray tans, etc, the girls are extremely educated in their specialties which is why I always come back. I can't say enough good things. My skin has gotten so much better from Jamie's facials. I regret waiting until my 30s to start taking care of my skin but I am so grateful that I come here.

With all of the apprehension from the COVID precautions as small businesses are re-opening, Balance Face & Body Wellness hit it out of the park! From being met by the friendly, professional staff outside at the (socially distanced) seating, to explaining their intake forms, I was always "in the know". Super clean and inviting, the rooms we immaculate and fully stocked with cleaning wipes and hand sanitizer. My massage therapist was amazing. She took the extra time to discuss the establishments cleaning procedures and what options where in place for me and my comfort levels. I will absolutely recommend this fine spa to anyone looking for top notch skin care as well as amazing massages. Zero concerns and super clean. I re-booked for an additional 2 appointments and look forward to a long relationship with them. Support our local business!!

So glad I decided to check out this locally owned business! It's owned/operated by a mom in town and she has created a beautiful and relaxing oasis conveniently located in the middle of town. I had the pleasure of meeting Karlee, who was professional and knowledgeable about all of the services I had questions about. I was only there for a wax but I will absolutely be returning soon to check out more of what Balance has to offer!

I highly recommend this spa, the staff is so professional and accommodating. They were able to fit me in for my birthday, very last minute, and I couldn’t have felt more special! I received a massage and a facial, and I will be sure to go back for both of those services. If you’re looking for an amazing spa with top quality products and services this is the spa for you.

The massage was good. Got 20 minutes shorted on it. They offered a free shorter massage in compensation but will not be going back, even for a free massage. The conversation was awkward and took away from the relaxation.

I have an adult autistic son and the stress that goes along with that is. Well. You get the picture. I had the most relaxing experience with the staff and all the pampering they gave to me and i would recommend this spa to anyone who needs to feel great again. Bravo. I have had numerous facials and body treatments with Magda and she is the best esthetician I have experienced. The spa is clean and quiet (when you are trying to relax) and seems well maintained.

We had a spa party there for mu friends birthday and the staff there were so helpful!!..massages was so awesome..the place is beautiful and we're planning to have another spa party soon..I would HIGHLY recommend them

When I walked in, the front desk had a couple of teenagers sitting there and one of them had her feet up and was staring at her cell phone looking annoyed. Not the atmosphere for an "upscale spa". I had a good massage, but at the end of the "time" someone opened the door (I assume to let her know the time was up) which I found alarming - it was startling and it eliminated any sense of privacy and relaxation, to suddenly have the door opened. Then as I was paying, the girl who had done the massage questioned the amount that I was tipping and slammed the drawer, clearly annoyed. I felt embarrassed and will never return.

Last weekend I decided I wanted to surprise my overworked girlfriend with a day of pampering at the spa. In typical guy fashion, I procrastinated getting her an appointment until Friday afternoon. Totally panicked I called the only spa I knew; an upscale and extremely busy spot about 30 miles away. Just my luck, the entire Saturday was booked solid. Undaunted I called my girl’s best friend who told me they had been talking about trying a new spa that recently opened a town away in Long Valley. So I called Balance Face & Body Wellness fully expecting the “dumb boyfriend” treatment. To my surprise the owner, Brittany answered the phone and she couldn’t have been sweeter. Although they were packed, Brittany promised me she’d fit us in. My girlfriend loved her facial and already booked another appointment. I also like it because I was able to sneak away to watch the NFL games at a sports bar a few doors down while she was relaxing.

My husband and I recently spent a heavenly evening at BALANCE. The spa just had a makeover and it is SIMPLY GORGEOUS! Love the colors & textures. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a friendly and professional staff. The overall ambiance was soothing and tasteful. The room we had our joint services in was dimly lit and exactly what we wanted for our romantic retreat. My massage therapist had a nice firm touch and got even someone as tense as me, to relax. The esthetician provided a facial that I never experienced before (and I’ve had many). She applied layer after layer of wonderful products to my face and neck. My face, body and mind felt relaxed, revitalized and I honestly felt my skin looked ten years younger. Now for the best part - my husband's experience was truly unforgettable…. He was so relaxed during his massage that he fell asleep and was snoring like a baby! We certainly will be visiting this local hidden gem for many, many more evenings to come. Thank you BALANCE for such a wonderful experience. I can't wait for our next visit.

the new make over at balance is gorgeous. Britney was very welcoming when I first came into the shop, true professionalism. I had such a relaxing experience, Michelle gave me the best deep tissue massage. I'm looking forward to bringing my wife during the winter break for another massage.
