shannon was very nice towards me, but other than that my haircut is not very good. I showed her a picture and it was just a trim, but she cut off most of my hair! And also she smelled like alcohol! Never going back there, wouldn't recommend.

Haircut looked nothing like the picture and wouldn’t take critiques. Followed by a WAY overpriced hair cut, not worth the weeks it’ll take to grow out the mess the hair stylist made. Will not be going back. Money I’ll never be getting back.

I had called for information on pricing for hair styles so I could get my hair done for a friends wedding. What I got was a rude lady who seemed annoyed with my questions and couldn't be bothered with assisting me. For example, I had given her a date a month from now to see if they had any openings and without hesitation she said, "We have no openings that day." I did not appreciate the customer service this lady had given me (a potential customer), and I would not recommend anyone I know to go there.
