DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT UNFINISHED WORK!!! Everything went well at first but we couldn't finish Friday so Brittany took my hair that she was supposed to dye, so I could finish my hair Sunday. Sunday came no response to texts or calls. Turns out her phone was broken, ok fine. Set up a day to finish my hair but afterwards I noticed some weft wasn't sewn in. I tried contacting her, she wasn't responding, finally did, and set up a time on Sunday. Sunday comes I'm thinking I'm gonna go at my scheduled time at 1:30 turns out she was running behind with someone's hair. She said she would lmk when to come that day, but I had stuff to do so that didnt work. Tried to reschedule Monday morning never got back to me on a time. I had to find and now pay someone willing to finish her work which isn't easy. Most stylists won't touch what another stylist did. I already paid full price and got incomplete work and now have to pay additional to get it finished. My hair looks nice and I got what I envisioned minus the unfinished work part. I think she definitely needs help managing her stuff and an assistant until then anyone coming should hold off unless you want to deal with the headache. Update to Reply - I wasn't notified about anything going on. She just me texted me today she was going to send a text to me Monday morning, but didnt send it. If I knew about that instead of being left in the dark Monday it would've been fine, things happen. Of course "My little piece of hair" wouldn't have been an issue till a later time though I've been trying to get it fixed. A hospital emergency is way more important. The hair seemed intact and fine till I moved my bangs and noticed the weft not attached (as seen in the pic). If it was sewn in that shouldn't have happened, right??? The rest of my hair seems to be intact but not that section. Like stated she definitely needs help running her business and trying to make a client seem like the bad guy in the situation is unprofessional.

Brittany was great. It is hard to find a braider that is licensed and cares for the hair. I was able to put my hair up right after being done. 100% recommended 💯❤️

Brittany is an amazing stylist! She did an amazing job & is truly knowledgeable when it comes to natural hair! The price was right & my hair looks tight!!!! I highly recommend her services.

I have been seeing B for my hair for over 10 years, and have brought my kids to her to get their hair done. B goes above and beyond to make sure you look your best and will work hard to schedule you in case of an event. I recommend friends to see her and will keep doing so. She is professional, on time, communicates, and real authentic. She has been and continues to be a great hair stylist. Hit her up!!

I scheduled an appointment with Brittany and when I showed up she wasn't there. I waited 30 minutes and she still didn't show up so I ended up getting up and walking out. The other woman there didn't even have the decency to call and see where she was or even schedule me another appointment. She was definitely unprofessional about this situation and could have handled it better. After the experience I got I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Brittany is not just a hairstylist that does hair just to do it. You can tell that she loves her career with a passion! Very professional and down to earth! I got singles a week ago and I love them, it was my first time ever getting my hair done in a shop and she did a wonderful job I couldn't be more happier!

Went to this salon last night for the first time, and had the pleasure of meeting and having Miss Brittany do my daughter's hair. She is professional, so patient , and so easy to get along with. Took my daughter's there to get their hair trimmed and braided. She helped the girls not lose too much attention by switching off between of both girl's. Miss Brittany was so patient with my baby whose last night was her first time ever getting her hair braided. Through cries, and moving around, Brittany kept her cool and moved right along with each move. She is gentle and so concerning about how the girl's were feeling. I am so thankful for her, and loved how spiritual she is. The salon is clean, she was prepared with all her products. She was even offended by how a client came off towards me. I definitely plan on taking my daughter's back to see her again and again. Thank you so much Brittany for all your hard, long hours of work and taking good care of my babies. You made them look so beautiful.
